Great product for managing thrush
So I bought this probiotic to take in conjunction with other ones (saccharomyces boulardii and extra lactobacillus rhamnosus) to help with chronic thrush that I've been experiencing for nearly 10 years mostly triggered by having sex. I find this combination great as the individual strains target vaginal health. I also take strong anti-fungal suppliments (ones with garlic, caprylic acid, oil of oregano, Grapefruit seed extra) as well as a maximum dose of pau d'arco (I take the probiotics at a separate time to the anti-fungals). Whenever I take this combination of suppliments I don't suffer with thrush, and I can actually enjoy sex without worrying I'll get thrush immediately. I just want to share this with anyone here looking for a remidy for chronic thrush, this has been the main thing that has worked for me. Its pricey all together, but worth it to have a normal sex life!

excellent probiotic
This review is for bioglan biotic balance for women. This made a massive positive difference to my digestive health and I also found that my systemic candida became less severe (to the point it is barely noticeable now). The candida was making me feeling brain foggy, drowsy and not alert at all. I took one of these per day for a couple of days and not only did my digestion improve but so did my ability to think, to concentrate and I just felt much more awake and alert. I suddenly didnt need a 3 hour nap in the afternoon. Also, systemic candida can give you a wierd body odour that smells a bit solvent-like or alcohol-like. These capsules crowd out the candida so the wierd body odour disappears too.

Great for people with GI trak problems
I started to use this product when I had to take antibiotics. I have IBD and antibiotics usually upset my stomach very badly....I won't write down all that details....not pretty.But by taking this along with the antibiotics I didn't have any of that. So since that I keep buying this product.The only downside that I find this a bit expensive.

Made such a difference
One for breakfast with a lactase youghurt drink and i am sorted for the day. Not sure why they are so much more expensive than others in the range
