Brilliant 🤩
The switch originally came with one standard controller grip and after playing games with my family for many hours I wanted to get another grip. And honestly it is perfect. It allows another player to play with two controllers rather than hurt their hands with a single controller and it feels great.A bit bigger than the original controller grip that came with the Switch but nonetheless great. 👍

Works great!!
These are so good value compared to the originals. They are nice to hold and you get a decent grip on the pad. Feels like they’re built really well.

A product of compromises, good compromises
Compared to the default Joycon grip, this product makes several compromises and several improvements on the original design.Cons:>Plastic feels cheaper than the regular grip>Lights on the face are dimmer and slightly misted.>The rails that the joycons slide into are plastic not metal, making the sliding action less smooth and the click into place less satisfying.>It feels like the shape of the grip makes it slightly harder to rest your fingers on the ZL and ZR buttons due to the angle of the joycons, your fingers want to slide off.Pros:>Rubberised texture on the back of the handles makes them easier to hold.>Ever so slightly wider and more ergonomic shape makes the grip nicer to hold than the regular grip.>Excellent price point compared to the alternative of buying a Charging grip from Nintendo. If you need a second grip for your joycon controllers then don't hesitate to pull the trigger on buying this product, however if you're looking for a better grip for your personal joycons, then perhaps the difference between this and the regular grip isn't quite worth buying another grip for.

A noticeably different quality
We recently got more joycons to go with our switch, so ultimately needed a new grip for easier play. This grip is cheaper than the nintendo version, but it is noticeably different. My major gripe with it is if I push up on the up stick on the left hand side, the controller slips upwards.Partly this is a 'bad design' on the joycons part, there is only a small plastic clip that holds them in place, but this flaw does not exist to the same extent on the nintendo product. It is also happening with the old and new controllers, so it isn't as if the controller itself is worn.If the product had been more expensive, or if the packaging hadn't been completely shredded by the person opening it, I would be considering returning the product for a refund. However, it is cheap enough that it just about survives.
