As accidents happen I’d nearly let it slide - moral of the story check your basket before you click buy. I didn’t and ended up with a crawling rubber glove. The simple lumbering plastic hand is covered with a decorated rubber glove. Feels and smells like a rubber glove. There’s no depth of detail like this picture - a quick slap of some silver lines along the ‘stitches’ - some weird half invisible floral patterning here and there. And oh yes it’s noisy , this AAA battery operated horror makes a fair racket as it click , whir , click Buzzz rattles it’s way along your floor or work top. I wouldn’t risk letting it fall any height for fear of its plastic fingers snapping. This won’t sneak up and surprise anyone , but it will wake the dead I’d guess!Fun to Chuck at someone as a shock surprise ? Nope don’t do that! This thing is a lump and it will take out grandmas prised vase or a window knowing karma.For what it is it’s not awful for what it costs I dunno? Someone’s taking the hand outta you for this one.It’s not pose low so you can’t even give the undead bird with it.

Looks good but doesn’t actually crawl. Tried on wooden floor and carpet and only taps fingers

The producy was fun, but the movement on all surfaces was a little disappointing.

My son(5)went trick or treating last year and was SO impressed by the house that had 'the hand' that i had to track it down and buy it for this years Halloween. It doesnt move along the ground as fast as i would like but my kids seem impressed (not so sure our trick or treat visitors were as wowed as my son was though...)This is a fun halloween toy which can be used year after year, so far it seems sturdy and we have enjoyed it so thumbs up!

OMG - hilarious, was meant to be saved for Halloween, arrived yesterday and already been to 3 meetings at work (saying this is more accurate and faster than some of our off-shoring departments)!! Even went down a hospital corridor whilst visiting, to many laughs!! - more than worth the money and not even put it to it's intentional use yet (Halloween, months away yet) Agree with previous comment to cover up battery compartment on the top with and old cut off shirt sleeve but either way a great bit of Halloween/office kit :)

Good crawling hand, only thing is, the top of the hand is black with the start button & battery holder so Im going to have to cover it with a bloody looking gauze which you can buy anywhere like the Range or B&M in the halloween dept, apart from that a scary moving hand, good for halloween.

if your child likes this type of toy they will love this. Our young person was over the moon with it.
