How easy is it to set the alarm on this?

Really easy. I don't like setting up digital things usually but the instructions are easy to follow. It's lovely waking to the sound of a cuckoo every morning.

Hi, you cannot turn the clock completely off but you can turn down the brightness to a very minimal light. On the stand at the back there is a small button which if pressed changes the clock brightness. There are 4 brightness settings, mine is on the 2nd, but if you change it to lowest setting the clock numbers will be very dim !

Does this have multiple alarms ie one for weekdays another for weekends?

Can you de-activate the alarm so you only wake up using the light?

The light comes on prior to the alarm sound (or radio) and while you can't disable the alarm completely you can reduce it to almost-zero using the volume control.
