Superb Drawing Monitor That Has Taken Hours Off My Work Time - Highly Recommended
The media could not be loaded. Let me start off by saying what a superb bit of kit and I highly recommend it for anyone who isn’t interested in reading my whole review. The Ugee 2150 arrived well packed and protected so I set about unpacking, all the peripherals came in a separate box within the main box apart from the screen protector so I unpacked everything and laid it out ready to set up.The setup is fairly simple if you follow the instructions and is a case of link up all the cables then use the install DVD provided. I wanted to set this up as a duel monitor and took some time calibrating the screen until I had an exact match or at least I could not see any difference at all. I have been using Photoshop now for over 15 years and in the early days concentrated on releasing actions but in recent years have been doing a lot of photo reconstruction and repair so decided it was time I looked at getting a drawing tablet, a mouse works but you are never able to replicate the smooth up close and personal transition you get using a pen and always have the detachment between screen and applicator. I dipped my toe in the water with the Ugee M1000L Graphics Drawing Pen Tablet which is a really good budget drawing tablet but as I needed a second monitor and loved the idea of drawing straight onto my work I decided to invest in this.I did a small video test I know it’s not the best but I am not an artist and tried to do something fast and simple. I have specific projects for this screen which involve hours of close up work in repair and reconstruction of photo areas but hopefully this will show give you some idea and at the end I write ‘this is a simple test’ to do this with a mouse is virtually impossible or at least would take a very long time and this took seconds hopefully showing you it’s precision.I didn’t use the screen protector provided as personally I just don’t like them on my phone so didn’t really see any reason to put one on this, the pens are well balanced and feel nice in the hand and the drawing tablet has a very nice adjustment so you can get it just at the right angle that suits you, it comes with loads of spare tips and two pens which is great so I can always have one on charge. What I liked*************- Ease of operation- Simple straight forward setup- Excellent precision and accuracy- Adjustable stand works great and very stable- Multitude of connections giving you the option of HDMI, DVI or VGA- It fits my needs perfectly- Two pens so one is always chargedWhat I Didn’t Like*******************- I really haven’t found anything but if I do I will return and edit the review and adjust accordinglySummary***********I did a lot of research before deciding on this and am very pleased I went for it, overall I found the performance of this outstanding and way beyond what I had hoped for, the setup is simple and it really is not only easy to use it has been making jobs that would take me an hour with a mouse to do take a fraction of the time with more precise results. I would without hesitation recommend this drawing tablet.

Excellent touch monitor at a decent price
Excellent monitor at a fraction of the price of those from the big brands. I previously bought the 19" version and found it excellent. My wife liked it so much that she took it, so I decided to treat myself to the larger 21" model instead! It's pretty much the same thing as the 19" (the main differences being the addition of an HDMI socket, making it easier to install, 21" size, and full HD resolution), so here's what I said about the 19:Installation is pretty simple - just plug everything in, stick the install CD into your computer (make sure your computer has a CD drive!) and click on install.exe. Installation's quick and simple and doesn't install any bloatware - just basic drivers for the device. The two pens are exactly the same - the purpose of the second one seems to be to allow you to have one on charge while you're using the other.USAGEI've used tablets with Photoshop before and found them a little hard to get the hang of, but this is so simple to use.I primarily use it with Photoshop for touching up photos; for this purpose it does a really excellent job. The pressure sensitivity works as expected and allows me to alter the brush size or opacity when blending in edges, creating masks etc.I've also been experimenting with it as a means of producing artwork (I'm not much of a painter, but like the idea of trying it!). For this purpose it's really quite impressive; when used in conjunction with Photoshop's vast array of brush types and configuration options, the possibilities are endless. It'll take a bit of getting used to, but really interesting to experiment with.I've not broken any stylus tips yet, but it's reassuring to know that there are loads of spares - in addition to the spare bag of tips, the pen holder also contains a load of spares! The screen is fitted with a solid stand; it sits on your desk and can be angled anywhere from flat on the desk to perpendicular with one hand. There's a small lever at the back, just left of middle, which you pull up to move it and let go to lock in place, making it easy to go from using it vertically as a basic monitor to angled down for tablet use.SCREEN QUALITYResolution's not especially high for a 19" monitor - at 1440 x 900 (it's lower than the resolution of my 17" laptop), but the screen quality is perfect; looking at competitors on the market, you'd have to spend a lot more to get resolution any higher. In order to get the best out of it, make sure you've set your graphics output to match the screen resolution. When I first plugged it in I was underwhelmed (it looked fuzzy/blurry) until I realised the PC had defaulted to too high a resolution which was being downgraded for the monitor. Once I got this set correctly the image was perfectly crisp and clear.CONCLUSIONIf you're looking to upgrade your Photoshop setup, this is a great choice - I'm very pleased with mine and can't really fault it at all.

Abysmal Quality
Arrived with damaged packaging and erroneous products. The glove barely fit and the screen protector was too big for the product. After opening, I realized how inelegant and cheap the accessories and product was. The pens had visible rubber seems, the buttons were unreliable and flimsy and the pointer was imprecise. The cables and chargers weren't up to quality standards, either. They were rubbery and tacky, and gave the impression they wouldn't last long. The graphics monitor itself was unprofessional and lacking in all departments. The color temperature, contrasting and fidelity was abysmal and the cursor was inaccurate and jumpy. The drivers took forever to install, as the installation CD kept crashing and restarting. All around terrible product from an untrustworthy source. I wouldn't recommend this tablet to anyone.
