Best value chalk product available.
These are terrific. I get a year to 18months of heavy use from a bottle - top class. Deadlifts, chins ... very helpful (I live in a tropical climate). Also very useful for chalking the bar before squats to reduce rolling. Chalk is a lot better than some of the other 'grip' products that use other compounds for sticking. I've been buying this one for years and am unlikely to ever change. Cheap too - about a 1-2p a session.

Find this great for pole dancing. I have the sweatiest hands and it took me so long to find a good grip. Dry hands and a few others never seemed to work for me. Good price, arrived on time, money well spent. Will definitely be repurchasing :)

Deadlift fustration
I have been using My Protein liquid chalk on a regular basis for years and rely on it for keeping my hands secure on the bar for deadlifts. The formula seems to have changed with this new packaging, making for an inferior product! I shall not be buying in the future!
