So we have an only child with a passion for football and we wanted to help him develop his skills. This is perfect and what's more it's great fun. From the moment you get it out the box it is simple to put together and your up and running within seconds. It has very easy to use Velcro banding to fix to size. Whilst I struggled to get my own 34" waist into it I just about could. The elastic is strong and adjustable for practicing different skills and most importantly for us in encouraging a young lad to strengthen his skills we are not repeatedly knocking on the neighbours for our ball back.

Brilliant item for practice alone in the garden without the worry of windows getting smashed. Think it really helps with developing skills too, quite possibly the best football training aid I have tried. Easily attaches around waist with the belt and ball attaches easily with velcro too. This product is good for both kids and adults.

I think this is a pretty decent product. Its relatively good quality and well built to withstand its use. The waist band just about fits me (size 10/12). It holds the ball well, although (and I am aware this probably cant be changed due to the nature of the product) the wrap does get in the way a little bit. I like the colours, not too bold but not just plain black. Its easy to set up and connect yourself and the ball to it. The Velcro appears to be lasting well.I have pretty strong legs and it all stays attached after a big kick. Its pretty good for the kick-ups but I find the elastic gets in the way a bit.Generally I would say the only flaws this product have are from the design which can't really be altered so overall a very good, sturdy and comfortable product.

Great, my 7 year old needed something to help him with his power when passing... A day spent on this and he is loving it, he doesn't want to take it off :) He has also used it with heading practice ..I didn't expect it to be as good as it is .. .In the words of a 7 year old 'Its Awesome and the best thing ever'

Nice idea but not great - lost interest in it very quickly - bit of a gimmick

I originally looked at the 'football swingballs' but the reviews were not good so after searching online I found this and bought it after reading the reviews as all were very positive. I have to say they were right as it is made really well considering both my 11 and 14 year old use it and are not light kickers! It holds both the smaller and the full size footballs really securely with the strap allowing for a good difference in tummy sizes. A great product for any keen footballer.

If u want to improve your football skills like ball control, passing, touch and reaction, the SKLZ star kick is the best thing to use. Since I start using the SKLZ star kick, I have seen so much improvement and I will recommend this to anyone who want to improve their football skill especially if you have kids that wants to be a pro footballer, this kit will help them improve and they will love it

I have a very enthusiastic 8 year old who is the bane of the neighbours with his footballs ending in their gardens daily. I wasn't too sure about this but as it was at a decent price decided to give it a bash. First surprise was the quality. It's pretty robust. It can take the size 4 balls of the size 5 his brother uses. This is much better than others of this type that come with a light plastic ball. The ability to adjust the length of the elastic to practice different this is also usefull. You can practice throwing as well as kicking, short or long returns. I know the elastic will give out eventually but until that happens it has been worth every penny.
