TAKES PRACTISE!
I absolutely adore sushi and wanted to have a go myself. This kit is great!! The photo is my second try and omg it’s like eating heaven. Good quality tools in the box, haven’t tried the online resources to help with knowing what to do but will at some point!The knife is sharp be careful

Sushi isn't easy
Sushi isn't easy to make and the kit doesn't really help. I found using the bamboo mat supplied much easier to roll.

Very sharp knife children need supervision
This was an excellent compact box given to a nine year old boy.A great success the food has to be bought separately.
