Excellent product, I feel like superman in the gym!

I take these for high blood pressure. One pill on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, and within 10 minutes the veins in my wrists are visibly dilated. Lasts for around an hour. It took 4-5 days of use for the effect to kick in. As far as I can tell, I have not had any side effects.The pills are large, ovoid, and chalky, with a smooth coating that aids swallowing. No particular smell or taste. I find them easy enough to swallow with plenty of water. They are coated with vegetable glycerine from palm oil, which some people may like to be aware of.

I have only been taking this supplement for one week and my heart rate on the cross trainer in the gym is already reduced at first. I thought there must’ve been a fault with the machine but every day that I train ,it shows that my heart rate has been reduced ! it has to be these supplements proving that they work.

Overpriced and disappointing

I really don't know what's happened to this company. Their products used to be top-notch, as they say 'gold'. Now, their quality seems to have plummeted to the point where it might as well be considered 'waste'—if that's not too much of an exaggeration. I used another company's product before, and it worked well for me. Contrary to what someone mentioned here, my veins didn't visibly dilate after taking these. So, I'm uncertain about its effectiveness compared to my usual choice, which always had a noticeable effect. Therefore, I can't recommend this. I'll have to try other brands. Solgar continues to disappoint me.
