Never saw driver
The order said "handed to customer" but he, or she left the parcel on doorstep.Product is fine, but absorbent pads are extra, if you need them. We did not.

Disappointed
Extremely disappointed in this product. You only get the bags and no absorbent liner with them to soak up the urine. When you do the star rating and it says absorbency, well how are aspected to answer this when clearly you only get plastic bags and nothing else 👎
