Is this the new version 2.0? The one with the light on the touchpad?

Looking over some of the comments, it seems some sellers are sending out gen1. I can assure you my stock is the latest Version 2 with the light on the touchpad.

Will it come with charging cable?

no unfortunately, any mini USB charge cable will do like your old Samsung phone cable

The big question is: what's the difference between the "new" dual shock 4 controller and the dual shock 4?

top of the touchpad has a small transparent strip so you can see the light from the light bar at the top of the controller - so in a multiplayer environment you dont need to peek over the top of the controller to see which colour you have been allocated.

Are the sticks better quality? as in the old ps4 controllers had analogue sticks that liked to shed its skin

Honestly any Peeling would have been down to the user abusing the controller not a single controller ive had even from launch had ever even slightly peeled relax a little :)
