This vinegar is awesome stuff! When diluted for use as a drink, it takes on the rough, acidic quality of a good cloudy scrumpy, only even more so and without the subsequent alcohol induced attack on your central nervous system! I just hope the health benefits are noticeable, because my first impression, when drinking it in hot water and with honey, is that it is like drinking an extreme honey and lemon drink. I haven't tried it on a salad (or chips) yet, but I'm sure it would be very interesting! You can certainly feel it in your throat, but that said, it isn't actually unpleasant. I can't say the weight is falling off yet, but it seems to be a very good product and it was very good value compared to other apple cider vinegars I looked at.

Cider vinegar is something that I've used for years and this particular one has a great taste, organic and with the cloudy 'mother' which contains all the goodness. I drink one or two glasses of water daily with aprox. a good teaspoon of cider vinegar mixed into it. Although a lot of people prefer to mix a little honey with it I much prefer it on its own. It has many health benefits, and one of them I attribute to not having had a cold for over fifteen years...Can't be bad!

Nice, mild vinegar. Not as clear as some other products but this might be attributed to the so called 'mother', Taste wise it is a nice, mild vinegar, with some yeasty flavours (most likely coming from the mother and from the fact that it hasn't been filtered ). A good tasting but these yeasty flavours might put off some people. If you are after clean tasting vinegar - this might not be for you, I like it however and using regularly. I also like some other brands, more clean-tasting, and even stronger (this one is only 5% acidity) - all its a matter of personal choice so try and see for yourself ;) Anyway I knocked the star off for these yeasty flavours - but who knows, this might be exactly what will make great for you !

I buy those bottles because of the high quality flavour and their health value. Getting the three bottles together also seems to be a good value for money and they can last up to 3 months depending on what you use them for. I use them mostly in salads. I totally recommend them!

Great product I use it all of the time and i also mix a small amount in to my dogs food because it's great for digestion and is a great flea repellent and can't believe I got 3 for under £9 compared to the price I normally pay for 1. Also such fast delivery

I had farmar’s apple vinegar and it has grown-up a mother itself inside the bottle, the vinegar has finished and I bought this one. I have poored a bottle to my grown-up mother, but the mother has died straight away. Not sure if it is normal reaction, but in my opinion if the vinegar would been a good quality the mother would not die. Will use it for body now.

This would appear to be the real deal: organic cold pressed apple cider vinegar with mother. I like to think that it has benefitted my digestive health, since it's fermented and fermented foods are considered to be good for gut health, however I can't say that with any certainty. I can say that I have reduced my requirements for antacids but I have no idea whether that's related or merely coincidence. The bottom line ... I'm happy with the product and will continue to use it.
