Work for my osteoarthritis
I think these are an excellent supplement and seem to help with my achy joints caused by osteoarthritis. When I stopped taking them for a month that got worse then improved when re continuing the tablets.

Tablets aren't that big!
Reading the other reviews I thought these tablets were going to be huge. Once they arrived however I was surprised that they are perfectly reasonable. My prescription anti histamines are a similar size, and I've had anti biotics that were bigger, so they are not some freak giants in the tablet world. They are smaller than an average mouth of food, and you should be taking them with a good few gulps of water. Aside from that there isnt much I can add. I'm taking them following a body composition scan which showed my bone density was below average in the 'increased fracture risk zone', so I'm taking these alongside more vertical weight lifting at the gym. Here's hoping for denser bones!

I don't seem to have any reaction from it and can absorb it satisfactorily
I use this for arthritis. I take one a day and hope it gives me extra calcium to strengthen bones. I am not aware of any flavour as I take it with a drink(juice). I buy it online because it is cheaper than the Pharmacy and Supermarket.

Vit D3 very important especially in wintertime.
What I would like to see in future is for Osteocare Vit D3 to incorporate Vit K2 in the product - as vit K2 is essential to removing calcium from arteries etc and placing into bones. I have to take a separate tablet of K2 when taking Osteocare D3 with calcium etc. as the product does not include K2

Could not live without these
Yes these are large tablets so may be difficult to swallow for some but ive been ordering these for years for my mum and myself.They are amazing all year round but especially during the winter months when the weather is horrible, i take these to help with SAD and they absolutely do work.

It takes away the pain
I had two very painful knees which I've recently discovered is due to wearing stilettoes for years. My physio said these tablets don't work for everybody but I've been fortunate as my pain is 95% disappeared. I've only recently started seeing him and been taking Osteocare for approximately 3 to 4 months so the improvements are definately attributed to the tablets. They are worth every penny and now I can continue with my aerobics classes which I haven't done since the January due to the extent of the pain. If you've got nagging knee pain (to the extent where you're afraid you could fall over at any time), then it's worth trying these out especially if like me, you don't like being too reliant on prescribed medication.
