As far as calcium tablets go, they are quite a big size no aftertaste no stomach upset

Most calcium tablets come with vitamin D3 and other vit/minerals, but I already take those separately so I was looking for calcium only tablets. I found these to be the higher potency at 800mg (per 2 tablets). The only drawback is the size of the tablet. They are quite big so if you have trouble swallowing tablets, it may not be for you. Or you could always cut it in half to make it easier to swallow. They don’t taste particularly good or bad… just quite chalky. I would buy it again

I needed calcium tablets and these arrived quickly, well sealed and professional looking. I don't have a problem swallowing tablets so I have given these 5 stars as they were exactly what I expected. However if you have trouble swallowing tablets these are large and if left in the mouth I expect they will be chalky in taste and texture (much like other tablets that are not coated.) Just popping them in my mouth and swallowing with water didn't result in any specific tastes or after tastes good or bad. Generally very easy to swallow and forget about til the next day.

I bought this on Amazon, rather than my pharmacy, because it said 800 mg on the package. However, I read now on the package that this refers to two( !!) tablets. My pharmacy’s non/brand calcium has the same amount in each tablet (400mg), so this product isn’t really an advantage, however, it’s much more expensive. Wish I’d just bought the cheap version for 1/3 of the price.
