Honestly, this product is a godsend for me. I have mild to moderate KP on my legs (depending on time of year and hormones), and also very sensitive dry skin prone to ingrown hairs and irritation from shaving. I've tried everything, waxing, epilating, exfoliating with gloves and mitts, other intensive moisturisers etc. This is the ONLY product that gets rid of my red blotches in one application. Seriously. These photos were taken two days apart and after three applications of the cream. I find that I only have to apply it a couple of times and I'm good for about a week, sometimes longer. I then just apply again when it comes back or gets worse. What also helps boost the results is dry brushing first. Works every time. It has also helped get rid of pigmentation and ingrowns from around my bikini line. I bought the 100ml bottle first and it lasted me around two months which isn't too bad for the price, definitely worth it to have legs I'm not embarrassed to show in summer :) I never write reviews but hopefully this convinces someone to give it a go because it helped me so so much. Some other tips that I find can help is lukewarm showers, not too many baths and if you can apply this right after a shower it sort of locks in more moisture. Only slight negative is the smell, however this is due to it being fragrance free which is actually a good thing. The smell fades quite quickly. It does leave a sort of film on your skin that is a little sticky until you next shower, so don't put joggers on or anything that has fluff that can come off as it will stick all over your legs! I find it best to apply at night, leave legs bare and then give them a quick rinse in the morning if there's bits stuck to them :)

Although more expensive than many body lotions it's worth every penny. I don't have rough red spots etc but after a winter of neglecting my skin decided it needed something powerful. After only 2 uses my skin was transformed, smooth, ultra soft and moisturised with a lovely sheen.I now only need to use a very small amount on my arms and legs to maintain. Wouldn't be without it.

Makes my skin super smooth. Never had smoother elbows in my life! Very happy with it overall. If you’re looking for something with a nice smell, this one’s not for you though. Doesn’t smell bad imo but it’s got a neutral to chemical smell if anything. Also more expensive than what I’d usually be happy to spend on a body lotion but worth it for me (got no particular skin issues, just want extra exfoliation).

I have had some KP in certain areas and had been using a cream from Face Theory which I really liked. When that was out of stock I ordered this instead and I've not looked back. It's really effective on the KP and I saw an improvement in only a day or two of usage! Absorbs well and is moisturising. I'm not keen on the scent of the fragranced version, smelt a bit cheap but not in any way offensive to me, but they do a fragrance free version so no probs. It beats the Face Theory cream for me on effectiveness and price. Would recommend it.

I'm honestly not sure about this lotion. I have used it every evening for a week and I found it not to be the qclaimed "magic bullet" , BUT it does reduce the appearance of keratosis pilaris.I have learned never to apply this cream after shaving as it burns and irritates. The smell straight from the bottle reminds me of baby powder, however once applied to the skin, it turns nasty- like soured milk and baby vomit. Since the lotion is also very sticky and unpleasant I only apply it at night so that it can be rinsed off the flowing morning.I think long term this product will work but it's not ideal as a daily moisturiser. I would never leave the house smelling of this.

Significant improvement already seen in the reduction of rough skin on legs and also sorting out dryness issue. Texture is moisturising but not overly greasy. I don't agree that the cream smells strange. In fact find it quite pleasant.

I do feel its helping my skin legs and arms especially. Redness defiantly toned down and much smoother

This cream does exactly what it says! I bought it for my 7 year old daughter, she gets red bumpy rash on the tops of her arms, we've used this cream for roughly three weeks now and the results are amazing! I would highly recommend this product.
