It has a nice fresh mint flavour and can be used instead of toothpaste, or as a mouth wash. Excellent item. I started off with the extra strength for three months then moved onto the original one. I have advanced guml disease with bone loss and my gums are receding. I had foul smelling breath and my son will always complain. Now he says my breath dont smell anymore. Since using this I see a great difference and my gums have stopped receding. My first time using it I could feel the difference and my mouth felt so clean. My visit to the dentist before using this was not so good. I had a gum reading that was not very comfortable at all, painful pricking inside and outside all teeth. A long and painful process. I had readings of 12 being the highest and 9 being the lowest. After using OraMD for 6 months now, my bad breath has gone and not so bad in the morning. Still got a long way to go. My last gum reading was 4 being the highest and 1 being the lowest. I use OraMD as toothpaste and mouth wash and it has really helped my gums. It is no longer red and swelling and it no longer bleeds when I brush. I will never use anything else to brush my teeth. This is so good and anyone that uses it will see the difference. It is great!! I have introduced all my family to this and it is much safer than the standard toothpaste with all that harmful chemical. First times you will find it is strong but you get used to it. It is a fresh taste after a few minutes and your mouth and teeth feels fresh. Thank you OraMD, I can now talk to people without putting my mouth and face to the side.

Gave it a go as I love peppermint. Had to move to 4 drops within couple of days of usage as wasn't strong enough (I drink a lot of peppermint tea so used to the taste).Don't 100% believe it cures your gums. Your gums will improve if you clean your teeth no matter what you use. Especially if you're flossing /using intra dental brushes.I simply liked the taste. But noticed my teeth would get a film on them around mid day? Almost as if the residue from the oils attract food particles? Not a problem, as I brush my teeth three times a day. Just found it strange...If you read the instructions it doesn't recommend you using electronic toothbrush as it can damage the seal. Ensure you rinse it well afterwards.I used it twice a day with my electric toothbrush (4 drops) and three drops in 15ml of water to dip my floss&dental brushes in, then use it to rinse after. I used ordinary toothpaste and curaprox to brush mid day as noticed my dentist polished my teeth, which he doesn't normally do if I use ordinary toothpaste. It does state it's not whitening so if you want to keep the whites add toothpaste to your routine.My bottle lasted almost a month. So the money-saving argument isn't there, in my case. I have ordered another bottle purely because I like the taste/feel.

I've been buying this direct from Trusted Health Products for years. Excellent stuff. I first purchased it when I got a new dentist as my other one was cr*p. All my teeth were 5s and they wanted to cut the gums and clean them. No way lol so I checked online and came across OraMD I started off with the stronger one, did the whole thing rinsing my mouth twice a day and also putting drops in my mouth twice a day. Did this for a few months and went onto normal strength. Got a new dentist after about a year and walla my teeth were all 0s. Last year for some reason I stopped buying it and my teeth were showing as 3s at the dentist so now I'm back using it. It really works for me and I'll not make the mistake of going without again so if you're not sure whether to buy or not, go for it, it's certainly saved me from some horrific work at the dentists.

I order a new one every for months and it has honestly changed my life it makes your teeth whiter and makes it less sensitive the only down side is it taste a bit spice but other than that it's fab
