When people say stuff is the best, I often don't believe them. so I don't blame you if you don't believe me but these are great. As it's a capsule containing powder it dissolves and is absorbs quite quickly into the bloodstream, almost instantly giving you a boost which is definitely noticeable. the contents os the tablet as i understand are of a very high quality also. Don't be put off when seeing the colour of your urine ( illuminous yellow/green) after taking these. This is simply because you either haven't eaten enough/at all or haven't had enough water. Make sure you take these with or after a meal. Otherwise you body simply excretes the tablet, giving you no benefits. I found taking 3 of these a day a bit unnecessary as you should be eating food (inc vegetables) over the course of the day anyway, so should be getting vitamins in naturally, which meant I took one maybe two at most.

This multivitamin definitely increased my energy levels and made me feel more awake during the day. You need to take one capsule every 3-4 hours, so it's 3 a day if someone missed this bit of info. It is really different to a standard multivitamin: you can feel it working on a daily basis but that goes without saying for all Reflex products.

The vitamins and minerals themselves are of excellent quality and Reflex do not include iron in the pro version, which is great because I am absolutely not short of dietary iron and excesses of it are dangerous. I use them regularly and notice a marked improvement in my gastro-health. I also notice that I start to sleep better and I always feel energetic and ready for my powerlifting sessions. Would recommend.

All I buy is reflex products now. The quality is out standing. These sports vitamins really do the trick. If you workout hard the these are a must to make sure your getting all the vits and mins 1 in morning 1 before bed.

Always used Reflex Nutrition products and rate them highly! Very good quality products!Yes these are more expensive than other multivitamins and read a comment stating this. The fact is your paying for quality ingredients, ingredients you will not find in cheaper hard pill variety, in essence poorer quality.

As a long term user of Reflex Pro (several years) I was surprised to find the rebranded packs now contain plain unmarked pills and over 15% of them disintergrate and become dust when you remove them from the foil packaging.At first I suspected this was a fradulent batch but on closer inspection the manufacturing has been changed and as a result the high standards which Reflex has always been is compromised.A massive shame and I trust this will alert the manufacturer to the problem and I'm sure they will endeavour to fix and the quality manufacturing will resume.

I recommend these tablets as I feel alot more energy and my nails have hardend for the first time in umpteen years,my hair is softer,makes my wee a florescent yellow but I think that's down to ingredients.
