Bought to replace a Drift Stealth 2 cam which packed up after less than 2 years with a dead battery.Couldn't afford another expensive one so opted for this. First one had a fault with sound (high pitched whistle). Wayne at Cooleader was exceptionally helpful in trying to sort this as well as the issue of setting the time which didn't initially work either. As they were unable to fix the sound issue they replaced the camera without any quibble.Ok. Sound and image quality isn't fantastic, nor is the image in low light conditions but it's adequate and you get what you pay for. Using it as a dash cam in the car. Fitting to a bike helmet is, for me, too heavy and bulky with the mounts provided so will try and fit to my handle bars instead.Instructions aren't translated into English that well but are reasonably clear once you've read a few times.However I can't fault their customer service which has been excellent

The biggest negative from this is that the quality of the video is poor. It might be 1080p but the quality looks far worse, even in perfect daylight conditions. Very hard to read registration plates unless the car is stationary and literally 2 metres in front of you. Other than the video quality, rest of the camera is good. It is reliable, it has loop recording which starts as soon as you turn it on. Buttons are easy to press and vibrate motors indicate the status of the camera. I just wish the quality of the video was better. This was using the 1080p 30fps mode. The 720p and 60fps mode didn't seem any different in quality though.

I bought this for my bike after reading through the reviews. The attachments that come with it, really were not great for this. Although, for what the camera is advertised for, I am sure they are perfect and I actually swapped the 'helmet' mounting on my cycle hat for my go pro as this was better.The picture quality is pretty good and whilst you need to be quite close to read number plates, it is still very reasonable, considering the cost of the camera. With all of the pros for this camera, this is a pretty huge issue to have started making it almost useless for going on a ride.

Solid build quality & pretty straight forward to use. I'm sure there are cameras that will take better footage but it comes at a price & in my opinion, this camera is good value; the video is good enough for me, to capture the rides on my motorbike. I have deducted a star because while this is a compact camera, the mounts are bulky & a bit generic; one can be used for a motorbike helmet but there was no adhesive pad & it stands a bit further out than I would like. I would gladly have paid a bit extra for a well designed specific mounting for a motorbike helmet. Like other reviewers I must mention the customer service follow up: Not long after receiving the camera I had an email from Wayne thanking me for my purchase & attaching revised manual & detailed instructions for setting the clock. He also said to get in touch if I had any problems or queries & I genuinely feel help is not far away if there are any issues in the future. All in all, worth the price.

Bought as a "dashcam" for motorbike, the unit works fine and is easy to turn on/off with gloves on. seems to be waterproof though I have not yet come off in a river ...the mounting brackets are better than normal for this price range ,being sturdy with a quick detach to drop cam in jacket when leaving bike.About 3 hr battery,spec says 3-4hr .no special software or disk install req,works with windows media. i suggest mounting on handlebars with speedo out of shot so the boys in blue can't use it as evidence of mischief.('cause they'll seize it if they pull you)

Beautiful! fantastic quality of both the camera, the after sales instructions. and the quality of the video that appears on the PC, couldn't ask for more... arrived sooner than I expected. no complaints with this at all.... Well done Cooleader Technology.

This product is described as a motorcycle/push bike video camera. The instructions are vague and use is confined to computer experts. When mounted on a motorbike the vibration makes any footage you may have recorded unviewable.

Too heavy to reasonably use mounted on a cycle helmet. I used the camera a handful of times, picture quality is fine but reliability is poor. Mine no longer works and I would avoid cameras of this type (there are quite a few generic-branded ones of the same design around).
