So far so good
I've been using this bidet for about 2 weeks now and so far so good. I spent alot of time reading Amazon reviews for bidets before buying one and I was torn between getting this handheld bidet or going with one you install onto the actual toilet seat like the Luxe Bidet Neo 180/185. I decided to go with the handheld one figuring it would be easier to control myself and I didn't have to worry about it not being compatible with my toilet seats like you do with Luxe Bidets that install onto the actual seat. Installation was fairly simple, I read all the directions and also watched the youtube videos that show you how to install it. I don't think Amazon will let you post youtube links in a product review so just go onto youtube and search for, "Aquaus for Toilet Installation by Rinseworks" and it should be the first result. I also had to replace the water supply line going to my toilet since I had the solid metal line that won't work with this bidet, most toilets don't have this but if you're like me and need to replace it then just search on youtube for, "Replacing Hard Water Supply Line Aquaus by Rinseworks" and they have all the directions there.I was very careful installing it to make sure nothing was missed and so far I've had no leaks or any issues. Every time I get done using the bidet I turn the little water control valve off like they say you should do then I press the button to release any remaining water in the line then hang up the bidet wand on the side of my toilet. The whole point of me getting a bidet is to reduce the amount of toilet paper and to be more hygienic, if you think about it we use water to clean everything else in our life; dishes, car, our bodies, our mouth. Why not use water to clean your anus instead of rubbing dry toilet paper all around to clean it? It just makes more sense to use water to get it clean and then you use the toilet paper now to dab your anus/butt dry of any water. This bidet works decently, I'm still getting used to holding the wand between my legs while sitting on the toilet and aiming it to get where it needs to go. I've been coming in from the front while sitting on the toilet with the bidet wand and pointing it up near my anus and using it and it's been doing a decent job. The back of the toilet seat has been getting wet doing that though so I've been having to clean it up afterwards. I'm going to try coming from the backside while sitting on the toilet with the bidet wand and see if that works better, hopefully doesn't create such a mess. This whole handheld bidet thing is kind of awkward to use though which is why I deducted a star from the rating, I'm thinking I should have purchased one that you install onto the actual toilet seat like the Luxe Bidet Neo 180/185. Those bidets have tons of reviews here on Amazon and are rated pretty well, you don't have to mess with putting a bidet wand between your legs or behind you with those. The nozzle peeks down from the toilet seat that you install and just shoots the water up spraying your anus off without you having to reach your hand down there with any kind of wand. I'm thinking that might be the way to go so I'm not so sure about this whole handheld bidet thing. I'm going to use this Aquaus handheld bidet for a while to see how it goes but I might eventually switch to the Luxe Neo 185 and give it a shot to see if I like the toilet seat built in one better. Also, for those worried about installing a bidet and having it leak and flood their bathroom/house and causing tons of money in damage you can buy a water sensor alarm here on Amazon for cheap and just put it below the bidet and if it leaks it will cause the alarm to go off like a smoke alarm that can be heard throughout the house. I have water sensor alarms installed below my sinks and utility room and in my bathrooms and they work like charm if water ever leaks you'll know.

So far, so good, but screw included is insufficient
This installed SUPER easily...in fact, I didn't even need a wrench. We will see over time how it holds up, but for now, it's a leak free and powerful sprayer, so I couldn't be more pleased with the sprayer itself. However, the holder is another matter. It comes with a holder, a hook to attach the holder to the toilet, and a screw. The holder is made of a really cheap plastic with a cheap metallic paint...in time, it's really obvious that it will chip and rust and look terrible. But the screw that came with it is also too small! It's too thin to even touch the threads, let alone put it together.I still thought it was a very worthwhile purchase since the sprayer is working wonderfully and the install was so easy, but the holder definitely leaves something to be desired.Updated 5/4/2015: we sold our house and forgot this bad boy there in December; however it stayed up and running for over 2.5 years of daily use and was still working when we moved. I used this to rinse off soiled cloth diapers. It never broke or leaked and with a little practice I was able to spray it well without water going everywhere. My only complaint is that the chrome finish is just a cheap metallic paint and that started rubbing off and flaking. It didn't affect the function but it did make the sprayer less attractive.

Hygienic and useful
I really enjoy feeling clean after using the toilet, and having lived for a while in Egypt and in Saudi Arabia, I had acquaintance with a hand held sprayer device for hygienic purposes. I was also a nurse for years and knew that the water system of the toilet could be redirected to a hand held sprayer for cleaning bed pans and similar equipment between uses. Knowing it was possible, I took a brief cruise of the internet and bought this apparatus. My first choice had been the Bidet Olé. It was inexpensive and appeared easy to install. My experience was a disappointment, since the hand held device leaked almost from the first minute it was installed. At first I thought it was my own lack of plumbing ability, but when it grew worse and worse, I consulted a handyman who told me that it was the device itself. There is no near-source control to regulate the water pressure or to turn it off between uses without actually turning off the flow to the tank itself. After about 18 months when the leak became a deluge, I finally replaced the entire mechanism. In this instance, I chose to replace it with this one because it has a control valve that allows me to reduce or turn off the water. It was more expensive than the Bidet Olé, but after my experience with "cheap" I decided to invest in something that might better control the water problem. The device has a plastic head similar to the Bidet Olé, and it too leaks slightly after the water is turned off. That dripping, however, ceases after a drop or two--one doesn't return to the bathroom later in the day to find the floor under an inch of water! I was a little concerned about the apparent flimsiness of the tubing--it's about the diameter and sturdiness of small diameter aquarium tubing--and about the locking mechanism that holds it to the head and the valve apparatus. After experimenting with it, however, I discovered that the locking mechanism is very clever; the tubing cannot easily be disloged when the clamping gadget in engaged, but it can be removed easily when the device is pushed in to release it. This will make replacing the tubing, should that become necessary, very easy. Furthermore, tubing of the same type should be readily available at a hardware outlet like Home Depot if needed in the future. With respect to the aging of the tubing itself, only time will tell.Unlike Bidet Olé, the tubing itself is smaller gauge. At first I was uncertain how this would affect the actual use of the apparatus, but--and had I given my knowledge of physics a little thought, I would have known in advance--I discovered that the narrower tubing produces a similar water pressure with less water. This should save the user money on the household water bill over a device like Bidet Olé which uses volume to create pressure.

I had to send this product back for 2 reasons - while attempting to install it, I realized it could not be fitting with the existing plumbing hardware I have but it would have been going back anyway since the wand leaked terribly - I put the unit together prior to attempting to finish the installation and noted the leaking wand - I tried adding an additional washer and even tried reversing the hose connections but to no avail - the overall product is otherwise sturdily made but being sturdy does not help when it leaks like a sieve - I would imagine that this was simply a flaw in the existing wand rather than in the overall design but in terms of not fitting in with the existing plumbing fixtures, we were trying to install it in a fairly new basement toilet that is somewhat raised off the ground - it is a higher sitting toilet with deep bowl and oval seat - once installed, there was insufficient room to maneuver the wand within the confines of the bowl - without going into too much detail on a delicate subject, I had visions of spray and related effluent going everywhere but the bowl if we tried to use this product because of the lack of space within the bowl - once again, this is more an issue with our existing hardware and in a regular size environment and assuming a wand that did not leak, I think this would be a very worthwhile product - but in as much as it was not at all useful to us, I can't rate it any higher than our own personal experience

Pretty good! My only comment is that the supply valve type does not allow for precised control over water pressure. In my case, the pressure becomes too high if the valve is fully open and too low when I try to adjust (typical butterfly type valve). Of course you can always adjust pressure by the handle valve but that's not very convenient.

Easy to install
Came quickly. Works as described. Easy to install. Seems decently made. Cleans my ring. Extremely refreshing on a winters morn. After a hot curry its like a plunge pool after a sauna.
