I love this book. I covers so many different things. It isn't a book that is necessarily for a beginner as many items are quite technical. How ever I would recommend that you buy this book because you will learn so many things even if you don't complete the projects completely. It also have items that people with little experience can start doing, learn from and develop your skills.If you like bushcraft the outdoors, hunting, woodman skills nature etc you should have this book in your library. You will find things documented in this one book you will struggle finding else where.

Fascinating read if you are curious about how our ancestors managed to travel the world utilising what nature offered to provide shelter, food and tools to thrive.

Very detailed, lots of info if you were living or thinking of going to the amazon! Hats off to Richard & Linda, if there was a disaster & you were the only one left on the planet this book would be invaluable.

Content covers a broad spectrum and is overview informative predominantly focussed on the US market.

It's an ok read but don't expect to learn much, very limited in today's world .

This book is a standard wilderness craftsmen book but it lacks coherency and consistency.
