Much better than strenuous exercising. I am a 76 year old woman and 10 mins a day (started on 5 mins and then increased weekly) is just the thing to keep me active, get circulation going, stops my ankles from swelling and makes me feel good in myself. I suffer with COPD so am restricted in how far I can go by walking, but now I can walk farther and get little jobs done that I could not do before I bought this. If you were thinking of getting one and are unsure, then I would ask the Doctor what he thinks. It is light to pick up and move, very sturdy and well made and it comes with an exercise sheet and two leads with handles that can be attached to the machine either side. There is no directions on the sheet as it gives a very comprehensive workout program with pictures using the leads. I wish this had been around 60 years ago. At the moment I have not lost a lot of weight but find that I am losing bulk. To lose a drastic amount of weight you would have to eat sensibly as well. I am too old to be figure conscious but do want to get rid of a few (lot) of bumps and be more mobile.

Love the quality, it looks good too not obtrusive to leave in my lounge. Like that the vibrations are all over the body and you can feel them working, not uncomfortable though I do 20 minutes using 2 different programmes and I am 70 years old. I can play my favourite music whilst working out, what more could you ask for .

The product is great and easy to use. I am 105kg and it manages to shake me about. Only one down side is 1 of the 5 pre programmed programs does not work. I am not a serious user and cannot be bothered to return for a replacement.

I love this plate, l am an older person who likes to keep in shape, the different programs help make using it easy, it also has a remote so you can stand on the plate and choose your program and speed you can also have your music on it, for me a great buy.

Purchased as part of our overall fitness regime, I was concerned that this oscillating plate machine might prove to be a little too noisy. I had no reason to be concerned, it's very quiet! Comes with 5 set programmes which we rotate through on a daily basis and after 2 weeks use, both myself and my wife have noticed the benefits. Comes with a remote control which is a bit flaky at times when selecting the programmes, it takes 3 or 4 presses before it will engage programme selection, as we are now use to this, it's only a minor irritant. I am really pleased with this purchase.

When I’ve purchased this vibrating plate I didn’t research it very well if I’m honest. I can’t fault vibrating plate itself as it still worked when I’ve returned it, it was the straps! One of them snapped while using it first time! Proper whipped me on my hand, I was just grateful it wasn’t my face. Return was very easy, so can’t complain about customer service. One thing I would say do your research before buying as I found exactly the same vibrating plate (just different company name) on eBay for £60!!!! Going to invest my refunded money in something else.

Good value for money, solid and sturdy. the magnetic knobs provide acupressure while the plate vibrates adding to an extra massaging feel.

I am glad I've ordered this vibration plate, I can see the difference in less than week , my metabolism improved, build muscle on my legs and sweat more when I am on the machine , definitely works very well for me personally! Great product, I wish I could give more than 5 stars ....
