TOMY Toomies Shake and Sort Cupcakes Educational Shape Sorter Toy Suitable From 10 Months

Excellent toy! Very surprised these aren’t as popular as the squeaky eggs, they follow the same format but are actually better in a number of ways. The box is bigger and looks like a lunchbox with a picture of a panda in a chef hat on the front. Inside there are 6 cupcakes in cases and a little plate attached to the lid. The cupcakes come out of the cases and rattle when you shake them, which my Baby loves. The cases have shapes on the bottom that correspond to a shaped hole in the case which is obviously a little advanced for a 10 month old but it’s nice that she can discover something new about the toy later on. The only annoying thing is there are 2 bits to each cupcake which means 12 little parts to go missing at the bottom of the toy box or under the table or to tread on! But my baby loves them and they are great value so I would definitely recommend!

I like that these are different to the standard eggs. My little boy loves taking them apart from the cupcake case, and stacking them on top of each other. Good quality plastic and colours although the box is a little tricky to open!

My daughter (17 months) loved the tomy toomies eggs so thought these would be a great Christmas present . She absolutely loves them. They rattle, stack and she can build and take apart as she pleases. Would recommend.

Bought for our 13 month old grandsons. They both love them and play with them whenever they visit. I agree with other reviewers that the catch is much to stiff for the age of child that the toy is designed for. The same applies to removing the plate.

Nice colourful product but was more cheap feeling and flimsy than I would have expected from a Tomy product.The cakes rattle and separate from their bases to be played with as the child wants. The cakes are fairly small, no more than about 4 cm each. Plastic case is a bit hard to open for little hands but the plate included in the lid is a nice touch.There is nothing to indicate any risk as is sometimes found in cheap toys and being Tomy I wouldn't expect there to be but I still don't feel it was great value. However, it gets the thumbs up from my 2 year old so still a win for the product!!

Bought as a gift which was received with delight by my great niece . Well made and nice case to pack pieces in to take with when traveling and storing pieces

Bought for my daughters first birthday and she loves sorting and stacking the cupcakes. Also the cupcakes are little shakers. She already has the TOMY eggs and enjoys sorting those so I knew these would go down well.

This is a great toy but the shapes at the bottom of each cupcake are quite tricky for pre school children.

La cajita es un poco complicada de abrir si son muy pequeños, pero el resto está fenomenal. Vienen 6 magdalenas con sus 6 envoltorios y se pueden intercambiar entre ellos. Cada envoltorio tiene una forma en la base para encajarlo en la forma correspondiente que tiene la caja. Lo único malo es que, en mi caso, tengo magdalenas y envoltorios repartidos por toda la casa, pero los niños encantados.

Super ma petite fille de 17 mois adore. Les couleurs, le bruit que font certains gâteaux en les secouant, ils se prennent bien en main.
