Updating my review because I had an issue with the loop on this and contacted costumer support, they were amazing to work with, even over the holidays when I know there was an increase in costumer requests. I was able to get my part working and they made things right on their end. I will continue to support Hot Wheels / Mattel with confidence in customer service if I need it again! I will say, specific to this toy, even with the loop working, cars will sometimes fly off the water slide part at the bottom. My son thinks this is hilarious and loves the fire station in general so this doesn’t bother us, but in case that’s a deal breaker for you!

I bought this for my grandson (age 4-1/2) for Christmas and he loves it! It was hard for me to put it together. It took almost an hour to put it together. I eventually succeeded, but it wasn’t easy to do quickly while the grandson was watching and waiting! From now on I will pre-build any toy like this before presenting it as a gift. The kid was so miserable 😭 waiting for it to be built and it made it harder for me to concentrate! The directions are a little hard to follow. You have to look hard at the pictures to see which part goes where! The directions could have clearer. Allow time to build it a week ahead of when you’ll present it! You’ll be glad you did!!!

My son is obsessed with hot wheels and there was no doubt when I was scrolling last month for his birthday that I wasn’t going to get him this. He’s fascinated by it! It was extremely easy to put together.
