Wilton Easy Layers! Round Layer Cake Tins Set, 20.3cm (8in), 4 Piece

Good quality item from a trusted brand.These were easy to use- we just greased them prior to filling with cake batter.They are very shallow but the cake rose perfectly and was a lovely texture.The cake was easy enough to remove from the tins.Very easy to clean them too, no scrubbing or scraping requires - plus they are dishwasher safe although I prefer not to put my time in the dishwasher and I'm happy to do them by hand.

Perfect. I followed the advice of other reviewers and 15 mins later, I had perfect cakes. Easy to remove, I greased the pans with butter. Easy clean. I did use a cake mix which was for x2 8 inch sandwich tins. It divided nicely between the 4 pans as they are quite thin.

I was sceptical when the tins first arrived because of how shallow they are but having used them this weekend my cake turned out perfect! unfortunately my oven was not big enough to fit all 4 forms at once so i had to bake 2 and then the next 2 but because of how shallow they are, the baking time was just about 15min. it was a little difficult to get the cake out of the tins though (even with butter and flowering them) so would recommend buying round parchment paper liners! overall good items.

Good product, bit shallow for my tall cakes but fine once layered with generous filling. Easy non stick removal with no additional greasing or lining needed.

Bought as I'm slightly rubbish at baking and I want to try and impress at the Pre-School bake sale and to entertain my cake impatient 3 and 4 year olds. Its great. When you put the pans in the oven the cakes are generally cooked in 12-14 mins and just pop out the pans when you flip them upsidown. Cooling time because of the thickness of them is fast too - 15mins to cold.All the instructions on the box refer to using a box of cake mix. Whatever you bake, remember to weigh the bowl you mix in pre ingredients so you can divide the mix equally into four when all the ingredients are in the bowl. I'm finding about 220g-240g per layer is working well.If you want the easy option, a box of mix and tub of premade frosting can whip up a tiered cake in an hour. Just be careful if you decide to do a couple of rounds as it can get too high when you put it inside a cake box (I splatted my rainbow cake!)Great fun when baking cakes with kids. I'm looking forward to trying a few more sophisticated ones when the kids are back in school after the holidays.

Ok ish although very shallow so the sponges never mind how good a baker you are really won’t rise that well. Only used once and it’s back in the box where I don’t think I’ll use them again if I’m honest. I’ll stick to my normal quality Silverwood tins I have in every size available. They didn’t stick but I buttered and used parchment so shouldn’t really stick!

I’m a very novice baker and ordered these to bake a cake for my daughter’s birthday. The layers baked evenly and were easy to remove. Always impressed with Wilton products and this set definitely kept to their high standard. Great value as well!

Good pans. She used these to make a Smith Island cake. They worked quite well. They are non stick but she uses the parchment paper to make sure. Sleek look and nice and shallow. They don't scratch easily and are pretty sturdy.

Un po' titubante ho ordinato queste tegliette per realizzare la mia torta di compleanno 🎂.Volevo fare una torta multistrato il più perfetta possibile senza star lì a fare una singola torta per poi tagliare male da sola gli strati con un coltello o con il filo che avevo già comprato in precedenza ma con il quale purtroppo gli strati non uscivano mai né perfetti né dritti.È sicuramente un grande aiuto per chi come me non è esperta/ha la manualità di tagliare in autonomia gli strati.Le torte si staccano dagli stampi che è una meraviglia, senza lasciare residui o altro. (Vanno ovviamente imburrati e infarinati).Per chi non è un pasticciere esperto ma vuole fare delle bellissime torte a strati, iper consiglio questo set.Non vedo l'ora di riutilizzarlo.
