I bought this for work. We have a server room that is very loud and wanted something to monitor the dB levels. This will allow us take appropriate exposure measures, mitigations, and supple PPE. The unit is quite straight forward. It measures the sound in a few different ways which is good: - Fast/Slow provides either a smoothed response to ignore short spike (Slow), or provides very quick response including spikes up and down (Fast) - Hold, allows a measurement to be taken and held, thus moving away from the sound source to discuss or write it down. - MAX, holds the maximum record on screen to highlight peaks in the measurements. Exactly what I needed!

I like this meter. The batteries were of poor quality.

Love this! Bought it as sometimes my work entails creating some noise. With this I can make sure we don't cause annoyance or risk damage to hearing. Very nicely made with instructions and soft case, the meter is easy to read and light enough not to notice when attached to your belt.

Great purchase for my tool box.Pick up sound well. I compared it with the computer programs and it was very accurate, this is very nice device to have around the house. I recommend it.

Works well. Note sure it as accurate as really expensive machine but it’s a very good guide. It is well built but feels a little bit plasticky.

Easy to use, with a very clear display. Also useful that it can display sound levels in sones as well as dBa and dBc. It's also accurate, comfortably within 1 dB - checked against a calibrator at 94 dB and 114 dB.

Have no tools to test the accuracy of this meter. Tried using it and comparing with an apple phone when firing a shotgun but this kept saying the shot volume was lower than the apple. Have no idea which one is correct. I bought it to see how loud my convertible was when driving down the highway with the top down and the stereo on. When using it for my car stereo it seems to be on track with the volume hurting ears or not after 85 decibels so I trust it when I'm in the car.

Ich bin mit es sehr zufrieden. Es hat die Fähigkeit, beide A und C Gewichtung, sowie schnelle und langsame Modus, die für mich wichtig ist. sehr glücklich, diese zu bekommen. Der Bildschirm ist groß und es hat ein sehr visueller Ansatz in Bezug auf die Darstellung von Schallpegeln gemessen werden.
