I tried this as soon as it arrived. My work was giving me back aches as I slumped over my desk all day. Easy to put on. Just look at the picture. It was feeling tight so I used the straps to get a better fit. I put it over my shirt so some chafing under my arms but I think that won’t happen under your clothes. I’m looking forward to standing tall without pain.

Appears to work , but it is quite uncomfortable to wera.

As an older woman and who is trying to keep in shape, I purchased this over the summer to take walks in the evenings. This was a big adjustment as I was not used to wearing a weighted vest, but I lost a few pounds and it felt great. However, this is not for the faint of heart! No joke here! But I would 100% recommend for anyone of a certain age. He’s trying to get back in shape a little heavy but very comfortable considering.

Works good, wish the straps were just a little bit wider of comfort

This thing was a great concept and if you got a couple of people to help you put it on it does work but it is not easy to get on at all and you will most likely not be able to put it on by yourself I went by there quote video instructions“ and it did not work like they showed I loosened everything up put it on pull the straps and it wasn’t tight and took the required my wife and daughter to help me to tighten it up or otherwise when you walk it will rub and if you have a thin shirt or something like that on in the summertime it will cause discomfort I personally was not impressed and I used it a few times and gave up on it I don’t like getting dressed with two other people in the room And yes I word on the outside of my shirt
