Are these gloves washable?

Hi, We do not recommend them washing in a machine. You can soak the item in lukewarm soapy water for 10-15 minutes and then wash them with your hands in regular water. Please do not dry the item in direct sunlight. Regards, B2Fitness

Do these other enough protection to wear without gloves on a punch bag?

I'm a kickboxer and practice against hand pads - are these good enough for that? Or will they fall apart.? Thank you

I think they would stand up to pad work and mma but dont work inside a glove. Not for me anyway. Knuckles apeared bruised when i took them off, have a gel feel to them.
