Weighted Blankets, Vests, and Scarves

Got this for my daughter as my grandson likes to feel weight. She is a good seamstress and this book has just made her life a lot cheaper as weighted blankets etc are very over priced !

Very clear instructions and advice on materials

Good book. Very informative. Clear instructions. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I thought it contained a pattern/instructions on how to make a weighted vest from scratch but it doesn’t - it gives instructions on how to turn an existing vest into a weighted one.

My first attempt to make a weighted blanket. I found the book easy to read and easy steps to follow. Good advice there too, especially about stocking up on needles, broke a couple myself.

I love all the projects that come in the book. The instructions are easy to follow and do not need to be a seamstress to be able to sew all the projects, although you do need a sewing machine.

It has really good and simple ideas

Great made a weighted blanket and lap pad within 1 week. Challenge keeping the pellets in place for the blanket.

I've made 6 of these blankets already and have plans for more! A good deal of information is included in the book.
