Tastes good. Easy to swallow (as opposed to Osteo Biflex huge pill). Hope it will help my creaky joints!

I was reluctant to drink it because on the bottle it said "shellfish", and I'm allergic to some, but I couldn't tell which shellfish it was by reading the ingredients. So, at my own risk, I tried a bit. No allergic reactions. At first I really didn't like the taste, but I finished the bottle. I noticed that after the first bottle my knees were no longer sounding like they're were about to "rip apart" every time a bent then. So, I ordered another bottle! Despite the taste, I'm going to continue to take it.

I couldn’t get past the taste. I’m sure it would be great for someone else but I learned that I prefer pill form.

This is truly 'extra strength'... after 1 week I can tell tge difference.

I don't really have a joint pain issue, but when I get some aches, I just increase my dosage for a week or two. I've tried a half dozen or so Chondroitin/Glucosame liquids, and this is the best for my taste buds. The addition of MSM and Hyaluronic Acid to the formulation are just a highly recommended bonus. I view this as a joint maintenance product for anyone over the age of 50. I take 1T per day with liquid minerals, and my wife does 3T per day as she suffers joint pain without it. We up the dosage for a couple days if the aches or pains come up for any reason. Love this product.
