Used once, but seems to be very sturdy. Good locking system (my preference over zips). Runs fine on hard surfaces, but a bit squidgy (as expected) over carpets. Nice and lightweight. Scuffs up quite easily, but these come out with a damp cloth. Overall very happy.

Excellent suitcase. Quality build as expected with samsonite. I have used quite a few cheaper suitcases over the years but always returned to samsonite. The green option is really lovely too. Medium size is also perfect for 2 weeks holiday and I pack a lot of clothes 🙃

Lovely looking car, easy to wheel, very functional. No nose at all. Handle good & easy to manouvre. Found it difficult to work out how to open but did eventually. Very secure case.

In a busy airport, finding your case quickly and without effort is a plus. Seeing this little beauty from across a bagage hall is super easy. Although small enough to be used as carry on I mostly needed a case that could also go into the hold. My old case, still in use and useful, is soft sided and when removed from me at the gate on a previous trip abroad - because BA can’t seem to figure out how many people are on their planes or how many pieces of luggage will fit in the overheads when selling fights and therefore have to wrestle with disgruntled passengers in order to take luggage (packed to go in the cabin not the hold) from them - my bag was returned, seemingly in perfect condition, however the tins of Biscuits I had purchased in duty free were all bent and distorted, clearly because something heavier and/or in a hard shell was dumped on top of my little blue American Tourister.This was not the first time such a thing had happened but I determined it would be the last. The case is a great size for overnight or a weekend somewhere warm. There is a zipped section in the lid and webbing straps secure items in the base. Moreover I shall no longer worry about my bag being dropped into the hold. My other Samsonite, the big brother to this has served me well for a couple years so far despite my using it as a seat on every trip. I expect no less from this case though I might not sit on it. Nevertheless, since it comes with a 5year guarantee I shall not hesitate to test its robustness.Above all else, the thing that pleases me most is the colour. I wanted something to stand out from the crowd, without me having to customise it. The colour is fabulous, the perfect complement to my sunny disposition.

Bought at £155 in April now £124. I still think it was good value. It is well made and all parts are replaceable in the event of damage. I haven't had any lock issues yet.Wheels worked well and the side and top handles worked well when checking the luggage and collecting from the carousel. Handle locks at different heights which is handy for escalators or getting on and off buses.The case seemed to be easily scratched or marked the first time through baggage handling. I would have deducted half a star for that if I could but I am more concerned with function over appearance.

I bought two of these cases expecting them to be really good quality as they were made by Samsonite, but when I received them they are made with a flimsy plastic. I put my doubts to one side because of all the positive reviews, but in our first trip using them one of them had a huge dent in it after the first flight. Again, I ignored my doubts thinking it must be bad luck but on our return journey we were having trouble getting the lock to close. Eventually it closed, but when we got back home it won’t open despite us writing down the code and testing it lots of times before using it. We are going to have to break the lock to get our belongings out. There is no way I will ever use a Samsonite case ever again!!

Why did you choose this product over others?:Love these suitcases! Small light and practical, they've done good service over many years, so we;'e just bought another small one. We now have one medium and two small all in cherry red... hard to miss or lose... and perfect for different travelling needs.They're easy to move and the pull out handle can set at a lower height, -great for me as I'm short. Also love the fact they have three locks (we're not keen on zips).
