I bought these for my 10 month old who eats finger foods and needed a bib that would allow him to move his arma freely. While out of the bag they are nice - it kind of ends there for me.The adjustable sizing appealed to me but even on the smallest setting of snaps there is too much space between his neck and the bib.Now lets get inti cleaning instructions (see picture) they recommend first time to wash with vinegar and then they say to air dry and iron - I am not sure about other moms but I certainly do not have time to air dry and iron my bibs - these very an epic fail all around.

If these bibs were waterproof I'd give them 5 stars! They are a perfect size for tucking in the high chair tray so food doesn't get on their clothes. They are great with the adjustable snaps to pick a perfect neckhole size. They are very soft! I have used them for several years and no complaints on those points. However they are not waterproof. If a company could make a large child sized bib like this that was waterproof with absorbent fabric on the front that would be a home run. These companies must be run by people who don't actually take care of babies all day.

They're really good size. I was worried they wouldn't fit my chunky baby. He's 8 mo and weighs more than his 3 yr old sister... I didn't even know a forearm crease was possible!They fit him just fine on the smallest setting and there's room to grow. I really like how long they are as well, my hubby and I make some tall babies. It's nice to have a bib that covers his entire chest now that's he's teething and drooling nonstop.I don't feel a plastic layer between the fabric but the fabric on the back of the bibs is really soft like a minky material so that's where the waterproof comes in.I just really like them and will be gifting at the next baby shower.

The bibs are SUPER soft which is great since my son was breaking out from the velcro on the cheaper ones. They don't absorb as much as other bibs though, which means we go through about 10 a day because of drooling due to teething. The other downside is that the neck is REALLY wide, so we're getting spills on his clothes too, even on the smallest setting. If your baby is chunky or has a wide neck this may not be an issue, but at 25 lbs, they're very loose on ours. The design is good to eliminate the skin irritation, but that is about all I can say about them that is positive.

These are pretty durable and they seem to be made of great quality. However, they absorb stains more than other bibs I've used. It's not a huge deal for me or anything, since they are bibs that are made to catch food not look pretty. They have three button positions which means they can grow with my kid and food sticks great to them.
