Super cool Robot, awesome Price
I got this RC Robot for my grand children for when they stop by the house for family functions. It has provided a great deal of entertainment for the price. What an awesome multi-functional robot. Very Intelligent. It moves in all directions, it even sings songs and tells stories. The movements can even be controlled by gestures. It is powered internally by battery which we can recharge using a usb chord in about two hours and lasts about an hour. It comes with a remote controller but can move with gestures like I said. We can even program the robot and the grandchildren get so amazed. They think magic powers it. Very easy to use. My 2 year old grandson knows all about how to play with it. Great gift.

The Robotic Features are Excellent, But the Song Choices Are Too Toddler-ish
I got this robot for my almost 8 year old son. Took it out the box to charge the robot and place batteries in the remote control. I like that a small screwdriver was conveniently included. Once charged, the greeting and dancing was pretty cool. This robot has excellent maneuverability, remote control response, gesture control and volume control. It is excellently designed and looks great visually. All of these things earned this robot 4 stars in my opinion as a good toy for my 8 year old son.I expected that the remote could control firing the bullet but instead the button had to be physically pressed. After enjoying the some of the cool features, we came across the music features. The song options instantly reduced this robot from a cool toy for an 8 year old to a toy more appropriate for my 3 year toddler. It seems like the designers were trying to make this toy appropriate for both toddlers and adolescent kids and it kind of took away from the authenticity of the toy. All in all if the song choices were better, I may have considered giving this 5 stars because then my son wouldn't be ashamed to show off the toy to his friends because they'd hear this toy sing ABCs and nursery rhymes.

Cool Toy
Well, this thing is pretty cool. It dances, it lights up, it walks, it talks, it raises its arms - you name it. It even sings “Bingo”. Batteries are easy to install and the remote control works well. There are lots of commands on it and it just takes a while to learn what each button operates. I think my 8 year-old grandson will be able to figure everything out before I do. I do wonder how indestructible it is - I’d advise playing with it on flat surfaces only and staying away from stairs, tables, and anything it could fall from. The robot is rechargeable using a USB cable which plugs into his back. Fully recharges in about an hour.I didn’t try the attack launcher with the three bullets. I’ll leave that to my grandson. As an extra added benefit, I also would point out that our two cats were mesmerized by it.

The Best Toy we have seen in a long time.
We set up the Robot in just a minute. Be sure you have 2 AA batteries for the remote to avoid any disappointments. The Robot it self was fully charged right out of the box. He introduces himself and plays a song. Grandson (age 7) figured out the remote control and sent the robot across the room. One of the songs it played was “ If You’re Happy and You Know it”. I can assure you our guy was very happy. Was a lot of fun to get the Robot to move using just hand motions. The bullets will not hurt anyone, they only shoot about 8 inches. Husband thought this was the best toy I had ever bought. Fun for the entire family. Suggest you look into putting it on your gift list.

The kid likes it!
So who am I to critique a fierce looking robot named FancyWhoop that dances and sings nursery rhymes in a child's voice? Important thing is that my 4 year old grandson gets a big kick out of it. Other considerations are that the remote is a bit challenging to adults with its lots of buttons close together, but again, the kid couldn't care less. He just pushes them at random and laughs at what he gets. Also, some of the pronunciations are off, like when it recites the alphabet. I doubt that English was a first language for the voice behind this "Monster" robot.
