Pharma NordPharma Nord Bio-Quinone Active Q10 Gold 60 Capsules

I have been taking this once a day 1 for over 3 months now. They were recommended to me and I know it works. Now I don't know what improvements to look for but I will continue to purchase them. Yes, I recommend this product.

Really will improve your health and well being. Been training for years well most of my adult life and since taking this product have seen improvements in general health and wellbeing that I've not experienced since my youth. Increased strength and endurance. Improved mood and mental and physical health Seem to have far more energy

I found that taking 1 x 3 capsules (3times a day) with meals very beneficial. Increased my energy levels, and at 63 I found this incredibly valuable. I am now looking to re-order. I fully recommend these, and I have to tell you all that whilst my husband was in hospital I asked the pharmacist to take a look at my box of capsules and to give me her opinion. Well, the next day she told me that they were excellent to take; increased, or regenerated, new blood cells - or something along those lines. Anyway, unless you have other medication (if you do then you must check with your GP before taking)she certainly gave them a flying 'pass'. So, I am now ordering some more.Hope this review was helpful. They really do work. I must stress that if you have heart diseases and/or rhumatoid arthritis, like my husband has, then only take these after you have spoken to your GP. My husband doesn't take them, and not because they aren't suitable, but because his medication would have to be readjusted 'big time' should he start on them, and then if he stopped taking them, his medication would need to be readjusted, again. That shows you how powerful these capsules are.

Arrived promptly but packaging had been taped shut with what looked to be quite old yellowing tape which made me concerned how old the supplements were. However all seems sealed and expiry dates all good.

I have written a review before for Pharmanord Q 10, (in which I got a little carried away comparing this brand of q10 to other cheaper brands which really shouldn't be out there – for which I apologise as I really went on a rant LOL!!...what can I say, I used to be a pharmacist before I took sick a few years back and we know what we're talking about most of the time ;)In short, this helps your body release energy from your cells, your body supplies of natural q10 also decline from 30years old onwards. Cardiac rehab patients, marathon runners, chronic fatigue sufferers and post-major surgery patients, amongst others report benefits in fatigue and recovery AND specifically brands that use proper pharmaceutical production methods to ensure maximum absorption when in you stomach... Sorry, I'm ranting again :)Anyway, I have ran out of these a few times over the past few years and my pain and fatigue levels increase significantly within days. I currently take 3 100mg daily. Sadly it cannot be prescribed on NHS :(However, A WORTHWHILE HEALTH QUESTION I asked myself: is ~£1 a day worth spending on something when your health significantly benefits from it? :)

Great product for cramps, in my case caused by statins use. but do your research, this product as some good benefits for us older people. I am 79.
