🔥 Clean your filter, reclaim your power — drive smarter, not harder!
STP Diesel Particulate Filter Cleaner is a 200ml liquid treatment that removes soot and carbon buildup from diesel particulate filters in one application. It accelerates soot burn-out without requiring high temperatures, regenerates filters to prevent future clogging, and is especially effective for vehicles frequently used in city driving. Proudly made in the UK, it restores engine power and acceleration by maintaining optimal filter function.

Brilliant stuff that works
DPF warning light came on and unfortunately for me I was in a remote area with only twisting single track roads so no chance of driving at speed. Tried running it in 2nd at high revs for miles with no luck. Amazon got this out to me via Royal Mail in 3 days which was brilliant.Stuck it in 3/4 tank of diesel and after about 4 miles of driving the warning light went out and no bother since. What can I say. It works

Not Sure
I add a bottle of this every now and again,I don't know if it makes much difference but it's worth a go and I can't see it doing any harm

good
do not know if this helps, but having had to have the DPF cleared on our Skoda diesel, which was expensive, we are hoping that using this every few months will prevent it clogging up again

Clear difference over 1 week-great product. Detailed stats in my review if you can read to the end!
I give this product 5 stars. Last year as our Peugeot 308 approached 100,000 miles the DPF warning light came on & after purchasing a diagnostic device (iCarSoft) we discovered it was blocked 91%. We paid £160 for a Terra Clean & regen which cleaned it out to zero. 15 months later the DPF is only 15% full of ash according to diagnostic device. Our car mostly does a lot of town driving with a drive of several hundred miles approx. twice a month. Since the Terra Clean we had no problems with the DPF until mid August when the DPF would come on constantly. I realized from mid July to mid August we had no motorway long drives and apparently the DPF had become blocked with soot, at any rate the DPF/ECU was not happy, despite the DPF being only 15% full. We were getting the same ‘risk of filter clogging’ warning. We changed the fuel filter, had an oil change and did two forced regens at a high rpm on quiet roads. Last Monday on a long drive the DPF warning came on a dozen times before the car finally regen’d on its own. We debated what to do & paying for an expensive assessment by our mechanic, wondering if the pressure or temperature sensors were bad. Midweek last week I ordered this product thinking its only £5 & worth a try, we added it to a half tank & went on a 2 hour motorway drive on Sunday. We did not attempt a forced regen at high rpms as the product advertises regen at lower temperatures, and I wanted to see if the car would regen on its own. Plus forced regens are hard on your oil. We kept the diagnostic on during the drive. Our car attempts a regen appox every 385 km. During motorway driving our pressure was 23-105 mbar when accelerating, & the DPF temp was 358-406 C. When idling temps were 228-247C. Two hours into the drive nothing had happened, as we were slowing down on a side road to a junction I saw the temps start to rise to 468C, quickly going to a max of 595C. Pressure was 18mbar. Realizing the car was regenerating (the diagnostic stated ‘regen status: active’ I told the driver to keep going despite reaching our destination! The regen took 6 minutes then temps quickly reduced to 288C. We had driven 520km since our last regen. Compared to just 7 days prior when the car had several failed attempted regenerations with the DPF light coming on 12x the difference was clear after using the particle filter cleaner. It was fantastic not to have the DPF warning light coming on & our car seems to have reverted to its previous healthy self. We refuelled & have put another bottle in the tank & will see what happens in the next few weeks, but I’m a believer in this product! Plus clearly a diesel is not happy with one month of town driving. It is crazy to me that cars provide no notification when a regen is occurring, as surely failed/incomplete regens are the reason for DPF failure. I also can’t recommend the iCarSoft diagnostic device enough, it provides a ton of information & helps shed some light on the mysteries of diesel engines & DPF’s. Final note: our MOT this week noted zero parts per million emissions from our diesel which makes me very happy. DPFs are a PITA but if they keep the air clean I’m all for it. Hope this review helps someone.
