Good value for money.
These bands are good for beginners but I found them too weak for me. The black one which is the highest resistance is very good. They’re definitely worth the money. Loved the little bag & the leaflet with different exercises you can do with the bands.

Strong bands
Have used these every day since purchase. Smooth on the skin or leggings with a good range of resistance starting from easy to difficult. Nice little bag and a few tips on how to get started. Excellent product at a very reasonable price.

Good product
A good quality product, I bought the Pro version and for a reasonably strong female for use on legs they are pretty tough and are definitely too strong for me to use on arms! But that's my weakness not the products!!

Very good strong bands
Very good strong bands that can be used in so many ways for example I usually use them for glute activation but I did an arm workout with them the other day and I’m sore which means -IT WORKED! would definitely recommend (I can only give 4 stars because not had them for to long)Update:LOVE them they are so strong and versatile I use them almost every day and are still as amazing as they came and very good for advanced training not just beginners, for sure 5 stars !

Good training aid
Great and compact training aids.They come with a little carry wallet and also a training guide. I have had these for several months and they have still retained their strength.

Good value for money
I have been looking for some resistance bands for a while, when I saw these I was amazed at the low cost. Expected them to be thin and flimsy but they are nothing like that - good quality and advice provided is easy to understand

The bands are great. They're all perfectly the same size so you can use any variety of different bands at once, so the five strengths you see can actually be used to make a lot more difficulties. They seem sturdy enough to use properly. The little bag them come in is perfect, but mine did start to fray and tore at the top within a couple of weeks.
