Not cheap but they work exceptionally well at boosting one's immune system and keeping lurgies at bay. The capsules are tiny and very easy to swallow. I've tried a few diffrent supplements from this brand in the recent past and all have been of consistent high quality and efficacy.

I have been taking these daily for the last year and a half and won't be stopping any time soon. Great value supplement, nice small capsules that are easy to swallow, just make sure you have them with food!

These are very small and easy to swallow - they come in a very large amount so good value for money. Excellent for immuno support and vitamin C for those who may not east enough different foods etc. Would recommend to anyone seeking a Zinc boost.
