By far the best electrolyte tablet's ive tried so far! Others have been salty, not dissolved well, left a very funny aftertaste and frankly unpleasant / a chore to try and drink. SIS electrolyte tablet's are well priced, well packaged and come in a number of different flavours, they work well and do as they promise. Dissolve well in water, taste great and help hydration whilst providing energy. Great for sporting or every day use. Also particularly good on holidays in hot temperatures, especially if you have been indulging in holiday drinks, very good for keeping hydrated. If you havent tried or have used different brand, these are definitely worth a go.

Superb quality and flavour. Dissolve quickly too. I top up my electrolytes really easily with 1 a day- great before having a blood test too

These electrolyte tablets do exactly what they’re supposed to — keep you hydrated during long workouts. They dissolve easily in water and the effect on hydration is noticeable. The flavour is fine but not amazing — I wouldn’t call it bad, just nothing to write home about. Overall, they’re effective and convenient, and I’ll keep using them for training sessions.

I like it a lot. Especially in a smallish amount of water after a sport session. So nice. Not so tasty with lots of water and not so tasty to just drink on a normal day. But sooo tasty right after workout.

Tastes good, dissolves/mixes well, cheaper than premade bottles of electrolyte drink, but does the exact same thing. Great hydration, great pumps, great consistent energy. I drink one an hour before training and one whilst I train. I know its not marketed as a 'pump' product, but when you have a good electrolyte and hydration level, you get great pumps when you train. Only tried the Berry flavour which is nice. Actually much nicer than other brands I have tried. Generally electrolyte drinks that arent just packed with sugar, can be a little salty, which doesnt particularly bother me, but this one is mild, and quite palatable. Would highly recommend.

I have a mother with dementia and she forgets to drink. Thought I would try this to see if it helped with her memory, energy and hydration. Within 4 hrs of the first drink, mum was much more alert, chatting and joking. Much more like her old self. Unfortunately the next day she had an upset stomach. Very untidy! So I had mixed opinions if this is good or not. I then decided to try it for myself to see how it affected me. You dissolve the tablet in 500ml of water, then drink it all. The taste was good, although a bit bitter towards the bottom of the glass where it hadn't dissolved completely. It didn't seem to reduce my muscle pains or cramps. The next day I too had an upset stomach. Perhaps this product is good for sportspeople when they are exercising hard, or perhaps occasionally for those with dementia to give them a boost (and a clear out!) but for me it's not for everyday use.

Great flavour. Purchased multiple times in different flavours. Always my favourite hydration drink. Dissolves well and i can feel the boost in energy and hydration shortly after using.
