Would this work on an international level? i'm in uruguay, south america. do you know if this would work here for sure?

Hi there. As long as you have Internet services with your bundle there are no additional costs for using BBM email or Internet. The Internet browser is mainly Google Chrome but you can download Firefox as an alternative from the Google Play store for free. Hope my response helps.
