Simple split charge kit. Allows you to charge any leisure battery. All you need to do is simply connect your Starter battery to your leisure battery using all the components supplied. A suitable ignition feed or switch will activate the heavy duty 100amp relay. This will allow your vehicles charging circuit to charge your leisure battery while you are driving and to isolate both your batteries when you are stopped, to ensure your starter battery does not get drained and you will always be able to start your vehicle. You will be supplied with everything you need to install this kit including. 12v heavy duty 100amp relay. 4mtr 42amp red cable to charge your battery. 1mtr 42amp black cable to earth your leisure battery. 2mtrs of 9amp red cable to switch your relay on. 2mtres of 9amp black cable to earth your relay. 2 x Fuse holders & Fuses including a spare. Crimp or solder ring Terminals to connect everything together. Heat shrink to protect all the connections. 15 x Cable ties + fixings to keep everything tidy. 15 x Screws + Drill Bit. 2mtr Split conduit to protect cables in Engine bay. Bought several of these over the last few months and always happy
Very happy. This comes with clear instructions on fitting, but I would still recommend that you have it fitted if your not sure.Literally comes with everything you need to install the kit. From zip ties, to cable connectors and heat shrink. I work with a camper conversion company so have bought around 10 of these kits. Never had any missing bits and have absolute faith that the relay will always work.Well done simply split charge

Faulty relay
This initially wasn't working for me as finding the correct ignition wire to tap into wasn't straight forward on my VW T4. (for anyone reading, it's the light blue wire, not the blue/black wire)It's important to note that supplying it just 'any' 12v trigger signal may not work, if the current in the signal is not enough to trip the relay coil - that was my initial problem, and I seriously thought the relay was duff - after taking apart and testing further, I realised it was a current issue. Luckily, my next choice of wire had the correct timing (on once the alternator is running) and a current to sufficiently drive the relay coil. Happy days!Now for the fun part... :)

Was a bit anoyed as it said this is all you will need for a split charge set up but doesnt include terminals so its not the only thing you need

Would definetely recommend, very good price too
Instead it on my Swift Escape 685 motorhome to power a leisure battery while using air-conditioning while driving and the package worked a treat. Would definetely recommend, very good price too.

Everything you need to charge a leisure battery of your starter battery. Depending on where your leisure battery is mounted you might need longer leads, it was just long enough for my van.
