Bought this to find keys lost in a field... Didn't find the keys but found just about everything else (Nails, bottle tops, bits of rusty wire etc) Unit works pretty well and was simple to assemble.

Keeps beeping and says iv got metal in me lol

I'm no serious cagoule-clad beach-comber. Just needed a good value detector for finding nails etc in a gravel drive. This is awesome - really sensitive, only beeps when it finds something, and incredibly reliable. I have found a carrier bag full of random metalwork on the drive (most of which could have caused a puncture) in a couple of hours. It's even fun to use! I did a lot of comparisons before buying this one - take it from me, if you're after a cheap, practical gadget, you've found the best one.In case it's any use - I had a kitchen knife bar-magnet in my shed. When using the detector, every time it beeped a quick dig around in the gravel with the magnet and the metal was found. Clearly not everything is magnetic, but this saved a lot of time looking (and saved a lot of bending down too)!

Really cheap and nasty build quality. On opening the box you can see immediately that the product is cheaply made, it looks like a toy and performs as such, within 5 minutes of use (by my wife) it has broken and while I preach the maxim of 'you get what you pay for' I was expecting more of a 'tool' than a plastic toy for 60 odd quid.

Does not work it....put batteries in set it up and there is no sound or anything

I purchased this to find a key I had dropped in my field. After a few sessions I found it so I guess it did what I purchased it for.I would make the following comments though. I am only 5' 7" but still needed the shaft extended almost to its maximum so beware if you are very tall. I thought I had a faulty unit at first as I couldn't get the meter unit to slide onto the top rail. This was very tight to fit but I got it on in the end but I was concerned I was going to snap the lug off.As far as use is concerned it does bleep a lot but you get used to it. Its best to test it on something you know first so that you get a feel for what its telling you. My steel toe cap boots set it off if they were too near to the head !

Really good product. Fun for beginners such as myself! I'm not sure how deep it goes but it does detect things which are underground. Easy to assemble meaning I can carry it around in my backpack and just assemble it when I need it. Highly recommend this detector, very good for the price!

We love our metal detector.. it's great fun although we are yet to find anything of value. It detects quite deep so don't forget a fork for digging. It is also surprisingly sensitive so be prepared to find all sort of bits & pieces like thin wire & nails.. it even detected a plastic milk carton foil cap!

J'ai acheté cet article pour mon fils.Prise en main et utilisation plutôt facile.Détecte bien les métaux pour le prix la qualité et correcte.

Acheté pour un Kdo ....L'utilisateur ne s'en sert plus : faute de découverte. On ne sait pas si c'est du à une mauvaise utilisation ou l'appareil qui est peu performant.

Juste bon pour débuterVendu "avec une pelle pliante" qui n'existe même pas.Après contact avec le vendeur, la pelle pliante est en fait le repose bras qui ressemble vaguement a une pelle ...Je déconseille

Je me suis fié aux précédents avis pour valider mon achat et après avoir examiné plusieurs articles mon choix a été celui ci et franchement vraiment pas déçu! Très simple d utilisation alors que je n avais jamais utilisé de détecteur auparavant. Après une ou deux sorties on parvient à régler l appareil de façon approprié pour sélectionner le genre de métaux recherchés...très bon produit!

Envoi rapide, produit qui a l'air de tenir la route mais pour ce qui est de la pelle je ne l'ai pas détecté si je puis dire.. J'espère que le vendeur ou amazon va régler ce problème...
