Makes craft work so much easier. You can press your knife down and cut with confidence, knowing the mat will not deflect the cut. At 3mm thick, and made of a dense material, you're unlikely to cut completely through the mat by accident.A2 is an ideal size, in my opinion, as there is plenty of room to work on the mat and still have the space to rest knives or other objects that might damage another surface. It will roll up for storage, but needs a few minutes to return to being fully flat afterwards because of the nature of the material used - it doesn't spring straight back.

These are nice quality mats which I purchased two of to cover my crafting and electronics table.As can be seen in the attached image, I had to cut one of the mats to fit the top of the table and the effort that was required to do it, even with a super sharp pair of heavy duty scissors is testament to how hard wearing these mats are.So far they have resisted much cutting and electrical soldering and still look like new. Very pleased and would buy again (if I eventually need to!)

Bought this for trimming and cutting paper and thick card for picture mounts and it does the job just fine and as expected. It's of good quality and should last well although it's too early to really judge from direct experience as yet. Based upon its performance to date, I'd happily buy another.

I supposed that cutting mats must be "cutting mats" so went for the cheapest on Amazon! And I have to say I am not disappointed! There are absolutely no issues with this one - it fulfills its job perfectly, looks good, and I thoroughly recommend it!

Thick enough for cutting mounting board and thin ply. I'm pleased with it.

I use this for my son to do making and other messy stuff on and it does a great job of protecting whatever surface it's placed on. The size is great for this because it can fit plenty on there.I have also used it as a cutting mat on occasion and it seems to work well for that too.

Prompt delivery, as described. Very useful with mask making and other sewing projects. Not used it for catrd making yet.

Good price and I am sure will be fine in use. However, it arrives with the sellers large label stuck in the middle of the mat - on the grid side (the other side is blank and the label could have been stuck there)! It took me ages to remove the label using a fair amount of sticky stuff remover liquid. Thoughtless!

Bon article pour un prix réduit. Je n'ai pas fait d'entailles profondes dans ce tapis mais pour l'instant toutes les entailles superficielles se sont refermées en une demi-journée. Ce tapis a une face unie et une face quadrillée en centimètre, aucuns autres repères de coupe.

Impeccabile come sempre il servizio di Amazon. Questo oggetto mi ha risolto il problema di usare più tappetini affiancati per una più utile superficie su cui lavorare. Motivo quattro stelle per la grafica su una sola facciata. Sarebbe stato molto più utile avere due facciate con grafica in due misure, metrica su una e imperiale dall'altra. Prezzo nella media Amazon per questo tipo di oggetto.
