Fellowes Professional Series Ultimate Back Support

I have an Aeron chair, which still doesn't give me very good lower back support (never mind the sales pitch I got that they said it would) and after sitting for a few hours my lower back starts to feel it. I had previously purchased the mesh back type support, which was ok (and very cheap) but when the elastic gave out on the part which holds the support to the chair I thought I'd risk trying this padded version. I only got it as there was a second hand one (as new) for sale at half the price of a new one. The full asking price is very high to take a punt on. Anyway, I am very glad I did purchase it. I find it more comfortable than the mesh type support. The straps holding the pads to the chair are a lot better than a piece of elastic (so they should be for the price) and should be long enough and adjustable enough for any office chair. The three pads hit all the right spots for me.

This is a good product. I've been using for almost a month and I feel that it really does the job of supporting my lower back. I spend >8 hours sitting on a chair and I'm having some back pain. I'm happy that I've found this solution to my 5 year old office chair. The only problem I have with it is that it doesn't really maintain it's position and I have to adjust it regularly. My office chair has a high back rest so the straps are really tight and it deforms the top part so if you like to keep your chair in mint condition, please be aware of this fact.

My pillow is thicker, firmer, and provides more support than this product. I suffer from lumbar pain as a result of 2 herniated discs, and was therefore looking for a product that protrudes out of the bottom of the seat to ensure my back was always either straight or hyper extended, so that it couldn't flex at any point. This product doesn't help with any of those things, nor is it comfortable.

Really excellent product. Provides good solid lumbar support and is very comfortable to use. I found while at a previous office that the chair I was using was very uncomfortable (cheap, straight back) and cause me to have lower back pain most days. I purchased this and it completely solved the problem. The fact that it is compact enough to put in a rucksack is a big bonus too - it means I can take it with me, very useful as I do a lot of contract IT work so need to work in various different offices all the time. The quality of the product itself is very high - well-designed, good adjustable straps, no signs of wear after almost 9 months of use. Highly recommended.

It is a good back support addition to a chair, but the description is a tad misleading: it is NOT a chair with the back-support cushion device.

All I can say is that this product is brilliant. It hits the spot and provides support where it is needed most. I have tried numerous back support items over the years but to constant frustration have found none of them worked. This product is great because you can fix it permanently in place and it doesn't move. It is really comfortable and worth the extra money.

It feels well made and confortable, but in my chair, that has already an ergonomic design, the top padding just don't feel right. I even had to remove it because it caused me backpain! The chair in the picture doesn't seem to have an ergonomic curve so maybe in those chairs it works better...

I’m somewhat ashamed to admit that I purchased this thinking it was a chair. But once I put it on the not-so-great chair I was using, it was never going to be returned. It’s very good and helped with my sore back. It’s quite adjustable and I think will fit on a good variety of chairs.

I'm suffering from a lower lumbar injury and have been experiencing chronic pain for 10 months and it has gotten to a point that it's close to unbearable. I lose at least 3 hrs of sleep per night rolling around trying to get out of pain. I'm on a deadline to complete a work project and I've hardly been able to work at my desk. When this product arrived, I had been sitting at my desk for at least 6hrs straight and was coming into a lot of pain. I could hardly hold myself up. I unwrapped it immediately and put it on my chair, so easy and seems like it would fit any chair. Sat down and WOW! What a difference! The way that it aligned my posture and brought me into a position that is comfortable for working. None of the other similar products had an upper back cushion as well or the top strap to hold her up.. This is really helping to get my shoulders back. The cushion is such a nice spoungyness to lean back on and this completely rearranged my posture. You can adjust it higher or lower for your needs and no need to readjust it constantly from slipping around because the strap goes over the top as well as around the back and holds it in place. This product is well made, looks visually pleasing, seems it might be washable as it has some zippers on the cushions, is very functional and so I will also say that it's a good price for an item that's gonna save my back and help me get back to work so I'm not out of house and home soon. Do not hesitate to buy this product or think of ordering any other. Just look no further, seriously. I don't write reviews but I read tons of them before making a purchase and I want you to get out of pain too. Good luck!

This product is not for everyone, and certainly not for every chair. However, this was PERFECT for my oversized chair. I have used at least 2 different seat cushions, and 3 other different lumbar support pillows. This one has been the best so far. Big chair vs Small chair: - My chair was too big in every way. The width of this product makes it so my back can rest on it, and actually get additional support. I can imagine that people who use chairs that are smaller, or at least their size, will have a problem with this product making their seat too small. For me, it was perfect. Adjustable: 4.5/5 - The straps can be adjusted so you can make it tighter/looser, or higher/lower - Not as adjustable as it would be if it had separate pieces, but it suited my needs perfectly; I suffer from back pain, but this product has helped a LOT with that Pain relief: 5/5 - The pads are quite solid, and provide a lot of support; however they are also soft enough to not cause pressure points, based on my usage - I spend a LOT of time on the computer and this product has made a huge difference. It's not a miracle product, but it fits my oversized chair perfectly.

Il prodotto è meglio di quello che sembra, si adatta a qualsiasi tipo di sedia, consente di assumere una postura corretta. i cuscinetti morbidi si adattatto alla conformazione della schiena e non scaldano poi tanto. la forma particolare (scapole libere), invoglia a non curvarsi su se stessi. Personalmente ho migliorato di molto le tensioni muscolari che avvertivo prima.
