the actual product is very good great value for the money paid there was however one "BIG" problem i checked the tracking information it says that the item was delivered (handed to the resident myself) however it was not handed to me it was left on my doorstep the deliverer did not even ring my doorbell ! i found it when i looked out of my window. owing to the fact it only cost a few pounds i am not unduly bothered by that "BUT" what if my item had been hundreds of pounds would it have been left on my doorstep ? very poor delivery i have to say. that is why in this review i only gave it 3 out of 5 stars.

Permanent weatherproof fix
Not used yet but they look very strong for holding the new tarpaulin I am fitting, took 1 star off as they took 4 days to arrive
