This is brilliant. Really find it helps. The smell is lovely and the act of rubbing in on in itself is a distraction and soothing. No one asks what it is either as it looks like a lip balm or hand cream. Which is perfect if you don’t want to admit you’re not feeling 100%

Bought this for my daughter who suffers from anxiety. She said it really helps her in her dark times. Fits discreetly into your bag, smells nice too. She really finds it helps her. Great little find. Also through other people's feedback

I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks a lot and I was getting fed up with having panic attacks all the while, So I thought I’d give this calm balm a try and it works! I use it when I feel really panicky and anxious and within a couple of minutes I’m calm enough to enjoy being outside of my home and enjoying being with friends.

Not sure about calming but it has a pleasant smell, albeit strong at first and I couldn’t smell any lavender in it. Either it has very little lavender in it or the other ingredients mask it. After several minutes the smell weakens and only then I can smell lavender but only slightly. The tin is small like a lip balm size but as you’re only supposed to use a little amount on temples, wrists etc it should last me a while.

Great to put on your wrists before bed.

This has worked surprisingly well for me and has helped me fend of panic attacks when out in public. I do agree with some other reviews that this is not some miracle cure. It won't just make you calm and stress free like magic. I use it alongside therapy and mediation to remind myself that i don't need to panic and am safe. It is more of a positive trigger in the midst of overwhelming negative triggers. Very happy with my purchase.

Although lovely scent and packaging I feel that this is a placebo product. Also very small quantity for the price.UPDATE- scent is fading about a week after purchase. Disappointing.

Smells nice but doesn't last/longer which I'd have preferred. Absolutely tiny pot. Not sure about effectiveness but I think it helps. Would be a nice stocking filler. Not cheap but alot cheaper than similar products. Think it will last quite a while as it's a solid which you rub on like lip balm.
