How long does it take for this to start working?

It does start to work straight away with me, but could be different on other people.

I find it works for me and several of my friends use it too and all say it has positive outcomes for them too. I first took it many years ago when I had a cancer scare and it helped to calm me right down at a time when I really needed it all you can do is try it out and see if it works for you

is it fragrance free /no smell ? the spray

There are no artificial additives and I can't smell or taste any fragrance when using ..I can just taste the alcohol base .The spray really helps me in times of stress and I always have one in my bag .

Can i add this to a drink? Like a chocolate milk before bed?

No. Don't add it to any drink at all. Just spray 2 sprays of it on or under your tongue. I've tried both ways got same effect. It really helps have a good night sleep
