A full, non smudge, lasting mascara
This is a classic mascara, without doubt one of the best I've ever used. I switched to an Estee Lauder one last time to try something new but no, I'm back to the results of 2000 calorie. Fuller and longer lashes and not a smudge in sight. The full is a full fibre one and give amazing coverage on one coat, I apply two as I like a fuller look. Amazing. Won't be swapping again.

I’ve used this mascara for a long time and I love it. I purchased from Amazon as it was cheaper than my local drugstore. I only rated it 4 stars as the mascara itself usually has a plastic covering around it but this one didn’t?

A classic. Max factor never fails.
I love this mascara. No bells or whistles just a good brush, good liquid and lasts well. My favourite thing is that it does not smell as ghastly as some of the others.

Not what Max Faxtor X 2000 calorie mascara used to be very dry and lasts just days
Don’t buy this mascara, if it truly is a Max Factor X 2000 containing 9ml, then something drastic has changed. I been using this for years, now a new tube will last two days before drying out!That works out very costly!This isn’t something new, this has been happening for a long time.I have purchased 7 of these Max Factor X 2000 mascaras since April 2025. They have all lasted just a few days, never mind weeks. One tube used to last a few months, so something is not right.Are they putting in the correct amount into the tube - could there be a fault in the filling process perhaps?It just seems enough to wet the brush for a few days and then it drys outI won’t be purchasing any of this mascara from Amazon in future.
