Two years and going...
Have you ever wondered what that white coat on your tongue is? It is a thick bed of bacteria, fungi and dead cells trapped between the nodules on the tongue. These have colonized your tongue since you were born and have been thriving there whilst you were thinking that brushing your teeth, using mouthwash and even flossing is enough.I'll share my honest experience: I have had a problem with bad breath from as far back as I can remember - it was simply destroying my confidence. Chewing gum and using all the fancy mouthwashes did nothing for me. This is when my sister recommended Orabrush to me and I thought I'd give it a try. That was two years ago and not a day has gone by since where I don't leave my house in the morning without spending at least a minute using my Orabrush. It is a miracle worker - completely eradicates all of that white gunk on your tongue and leaves your mouth feeling extra fresh even after a meal! When this brush is coupled with bad breath-neutralizing mouthwashes like Ultradex and CB12, you can be sure you'll have the cleanest, freshest breath in the room 24/7...you'll even wake up with fresh breath in the morning. When you first begin using the brush, it might make you gag but the trick to overcome this is to hold out the tongue as far as you can. Simply scrub your tongue to loosen up all that white gunk then drag it out with the brush. Rinse the brush and repeat until you have a clean looking tongue (your bathroom mirror should help you with this). The brush itself has a soft texture so as to not be harsh on the tongue. I have experienced mild bleeding on the tongue only during my very first uses (I guess since my tongue wasn't used to it), but no bleeding since.Brush your tongue with a power brush for 2-3 minutes, floss, use Orabrush and finish off with a quality mouthwash. Your mouth will feel unbelievably clean, believe me. Would highly recommend to anyone.

THE best tongue cleaner out there! I would give it 10 stars if I could!
I first bought Orabrush nearly 10 years ago whilst they were doing their massive youtube campaign and I really liked it. However back then they sent it to me from USA with free postage. I bought 4 for less than GBP 10. And I gave it to my family and at the time, my girlfriend. Now that they have grown and their marketing has succeeded the price is much higher. So I moved to other brands from Boots, or Superdrug, or other ones that you see in the pharmacy/supermarket. I have gone through many and thought that its not worth buying Orabrush again. Finally my wife asked me to buy it again as she preferred it, so I thought I would pay more and get it.Wow, I was shocked at how much better it is. I was surprised to see such a difference in such a basic product. The bristles brush your tongue more gently than if you were to brush your tongue with your toothbrush. But somehow it also is able to lift up more gunk. And then the scraper is more gentle than other tongue brushes but somehow so much more effective. Some that I have bought feel like I am scraping my tongue with a knife. Others feel like I am gliding it over but nothing is removed. Somehow Orabrush is soft but so effective.Despite being so much more than the other tongue brushes this is definitely worth it! Also the materials and the way it is made I think this will last a long time as well! This is genuinely worth it!

An absolute essential!
This is my fourth Orabrush and I must say this is an absolute essential item for anyone who doesn’t wish to send people in their immediate vicinity into a coma, every time they open their mouth.Being a bit over-cautious about my personal hygiene (especially things like bad breath and BO), I have always used a tongue cleaner. I used to have a ‘metal’ tongue scraper when I was a kid growing up in India (I was poor and they were cheap). But this product is a million times effective and useful.Design: Its designed beautifully and well-balanced to avoid too much gag-reflex. The high quality plastic-rubber feel is perfect and easy to hold. The bristles are of perfect strength (will lose the strength and integrity after prolonged use- just like a tooth brush). It also has a tongue scraper at the end which finished of the cleaning job beautifully.Value for money: Its excellent and really does the job. Your mouth feels clean and stops stinking like bad eggs. It removes all the nasty smelly stuff from your tongue. You can even use this to clean the insides of your cheek. And NO- cleaning your tongue using your ‘tooth’ brush isn’t even remotely as effective as using this.Every morning after brushing use this and your mouth (and people around you) will thank you. Finish off with a quick rinse of the trusty old mouthwash and voila- you’re ready to face the world!

Handy tongue tool
I'll keep this short and sweet. When you use this, quite simply it makes your tongue feel cleaner. I don't understand people saying that it 'makes the tongue sore'. They must be brushing too hard. There isn't a great deal you can say about it, as it's a very simple, but effective piece of kit. A toothbrush will NOT do exactly the same job as this.Yes, it makes me gag a bit when using it, but that isn't the fault of the product. That's an individual thing, and you'll probably get used to it/improve the more you use it.4 stars, as it's not a wonder-product (One doesn't exist) and made for pennies in China (yet it's the price of 2 decent toothbrushes) - though I'm glad I bought it. But use it as directed, and it does make your tongue feel cleaner!

Works well, not the same as picture though!
The Orabrush really is a good dental product. It cleaned my tongue effectively almost all of the time however it can make your tongue rough depending on how much you use it. One thing to bear in mind is that the tongue needs to be moist enough in order to soften the plaque and 'debris'. It is however difficult to clean the back sides of the tongue due to gag reflex. The brush I got was blue and certainly not the one shown in the photo. You can also watch a video on YouTube of the Orabrush and how to use to get optimum results.
