Favorite SPF, hands down. It goes on so smoothly and smells wonderful. I know it is a moisturizer in its own right, but I use it on top of a different moisturizer in the mornings and then add it throughout the day when I am getting extra sun exposure or feeling a little dry. It protects and makes my skin feel luminous.

This moisturizer has helped my dry skin tremendously. It has also has a very nice, light fragrance. I learned about Naturopathica at a spa in Scottsdale, AZ and have been using them every since. Love the product line.

This Naturopathica Lavender & Turmeric Protective Moisturizer Sunscreen is rated SPF 50, providing broad spectrum protection. It's a physical block sunscreen and the active UV filters are zinc oxide and titanium oxide, and it doesn't contain any chemical UV-filtering ingredients.It is described as lightweight, but I would say that it's on the heavier side for sunscreens, especially compared to new generation K-beauty sunscreens. Physical/Mineral sunscreens tend to feel heavier than chemical sunscreens, and ingredients also contain safflower and sunflower oils, which are neutral-smelling and emollient, but can also feel heavy.The sunscreen is an opaque white color. It's thick in texture but spreads smoothly. It does leave a relatively faint white cast. If any white cast is a dealbreaker, you should choose a tinted or chemical sunscreen.It has a strong floral scent from the lavender essential oil in the ingredients. Essential oils, including lavender, can be irritants for sensitive skin, but if you already know your skin can tolerate lavender essential oil and you like the scent, this is not a problem.The expiration date is more than a year out and is clearly marked on tube seam of the tube. It's made in the USA. I use it every day smells great and it does not cause me to break out. If you just reapply, it will help protect from the sun.

I have sensitive skin and this doesn’t irritate my skin at all. I like the scent and that it goes on without leaving an oily residue. The spf is an added bonus.

I am 61 years old and have always struggled with my skin. Very sensitive. These products are doing a great job. My skin has never felt this soft.

I usually love Naturopathica products. This one doesn’t stand on its own as a day moisturizer. Too drying. May be fine for an spf over a good day cream but, as such, it’s way overpriced.

Turmeric is known for its anti-inflammatory properties and can help to soothe and calm irritated skin, while lavender is known for its ability to reduce redness and inflammation.In addition to these skin-loving ingredients, the sunscreen also contains micronized zinc oxide, which is safe for use near and around coral reefs. The sunscreen is rated at 50 SPF however do note that it is not water proof and if exposed to the sun will require reapplication every 2 hours. For everyday use, the moisturizing properties of this product make it a great choice particularly if you need light to medium protection while undergoing a minimal amount of physical activity (holds up decently well if sweating lightly).
