Very good product

I've been using this toner for a few months now and it has definitely become my first choice for toners. Yes, it does have a VERY strong scent of witch hazel but that's perhaps to be expected given the ingredients! In any case, it isn't an unpleasant smell and it does quickly fade.I've often found with some toners in the past that they irritate my skin and leave it red and prone to breakouts. That's why I had been using Simple toner for years as it was one of the few toners which my skin seemed to tolerate. However, I was looking to see if I could find a new toner which might prove better value for money as Simple toner can be a bit more expensive than a lot of others. That's how I came to try this toner as, although it might seem expensive at first glance, the bottle is very large so it does work out cheaper in the long run.I've found I actually prefer this toner above others as not only does my skin tolerate it, it seems to love it! It becomes really soft after applying the toner and doesn't feel dried out at all. My skin also looks clearer but who knows whether that's down to the toner or the cleanser or the moisturiser!In any case, I'd highly recommend giving this toner a go.

Recieved today and I must be honest - I was expecting this to be a glass bottle but that's nothing against the product or the seller by any means. It doesn't even matter that it's not. Why did I even mention it? 🤷Anyway, I used this product for the first time this evening and my face hasn't melted off. I suppose the proof will be in the pudding and it'll take some time to see if this is as good for my skin as people claim it will be.Some people here are complaining about the smell. I actually expected it to smell a lot worse. The witchhazel products I'm used to have that overpowering smell of alcohol, the kind that makes your eyes feel cold. This doesn't smell of alcohol at all (to me). The only scent is quite an earthy, woody one which might catch you off guard at first (it did, me) but I forgot all about it after smelling it a few times and then finally using it.If I have any problems then I'll update this review. But I imagine it's going to do what it says on the tin just fine.

Haven’t been happy with my toner so tried this . The smell is strange but not overpowering . Did a good job for a fraction of the price. My partner gets lots of bits in his eyes due to his work and uses this to rinse out his eyes . Good product

This is a superb quality Witch Hazel, none drying with a very neutral smell. It smells how Witch Hazel should smell, it's not horrible like some other reviews have stated. The price is reasonable too. It's really soothing on rashes, helps take puffy eyes down, good on bruises and is a great toner. I'll buy this one again.

The smell isn't so bad as what people say. I normally use it after I finish cleansing my skin, I would put some on a cotton pad and rub it on the skin and wait for it to dry and finish the rest of my beauty regime. I've been using this for a month before I decided to review it, although it does make me feel fresh and give me the "matte" feeling which is perfect for me as I've got oily skin I havnt noticed much of a difference, it doesn't dry out my spots or reduce any spots from showing up. I probably wont buy it again unfortunately

Ok, so after reading a magazine article about witch hazel I came to amazon to read some reviews and decided to try ordering a bottle to see what the fuss was about... Well let me tell you this stuff is amazing! After only 1 application I could already see a difference in the size of my pores, and my adult acne started to dry out, and bonus my skin felt so smooth, like a baby's. I have been using this twice a day for about a week now and my skin is getting better and better, it's incredible. I will definitely order more in the future.Side note about the fact that some people say it smells bad : personally I don't get a smell of it at all, but my daughter says it stinks so I guess it's one of those things where it will bother some people and not others

I would really like to give a full review of how well this product works as I had high hopes after reading a lot of the other reviews. But, sadly, I wasn't able to get past the first use as it smells so truly vile that it actually made me gag! If I could give the scent review minus stars I would!Seriously, how anyone can use this stuff daily is beyond me. I'm sure it does work as well as a lot of people say it does. But If you have a sensitive nose, maybe pass on this one. If, however, you've somehow lost all sense of smell then I'm sure you'll love it!
