I started using this supplement around 3 weeks ago to compliment my health and balanced diet.I was interested in the benefits it offered for stamina, mood and libido. I have a busy working life, a busy family life and I'm an avid Ultra runner and have just recently completed a 50km trail race. I take some of the other products made by Incite Nutrition and I have been impressed with all of them so far.The product itself is really easy to swallow, you take 1-2 per day dependant on your requirement, this would mean that one tub will last 3-6 months for £9.99 which I think is more than reasonable! The packaging is simple but inviting, I like the simplistic colour scheme of the tub.After about a week of taking the supplements I noticed a change in my general mood. With having such a busy lifestyle I often come across as a bit cold to the wife at the end of a long day training/working and changing nappies. Around a week ago I and my wife noticed I have a bit more of a buzz about myself even in the evenings which is rare for me.I also noticed that I was less fatigued at the end of a hard training day and also leading up to my trail race which was last weekend. This supplement seems to have improved my general energy and also my mood.I would recommend this for anyone that is struggling with tiredness and lack of energy. It's certainly perked me up and given me a chance to give back to the wife in the evenings.

Definitely felt an improvement in my stamina and general alertness & well-being after taking these.🙂👍

Been using for a while now and can't say I notice any difference for either the better or worse.

Been taking these for a few weeks now and feel good. I hadn't any prior knowledge about them but decided to give them a try after a recommendation and am very pleased. Small capsules that are easy to swallow and have no taste or smell, I have been taking one a day (you can take two) in the evening.I started taking them because I read about the benefits of the healing properties and as a runner I am always on the look out for something to speed up recovery of muscle fatigue. To be honest I've not really noticed any change in recovery time so I wouldn't purchase them again for help in this area. What I have found though is that there is an increase in how 'perky' I feel. I hadn't really noticed until my wife pointed out to me that she had seen an increase in how 'interested' and 'attentive' I have been in her over the last few weeks. Not something I was terribly lacking at beforehand but an increase nonetheless and I like it, for this reason alone I would buy again, and again!

I was waiting for some improvements but nothing yet.

I’ve only been taking these for a couple of weeks so am still to see the full benefits of taking Maca Root.However, in this time my running performance has increased slightly, with my long run feeling good and my VO2 max notching up by 1 to 54.I’m unable to decide just yet if my mood has increased but longer term use of these will tell.I think a prolonged use of them will enable me to feel the benefits of Maca root. The potential benefits are vast so I look forward to experiencing them!
